I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Bathtub was unkept and the room smelled terrible.

Lackluster and cold breakfast, not so friendly staff and not the most comfortable hotel room and accommodations.

I will not return to this property in the future. I have had a much better experience at the Hilton Garden Inn on Texas

The downstairs amenities are nice and there is a nice bar and area for non-alcoholic drinks as well (lemon water) and various teas and coffee. Also, an area to purchase drinks and ice cream and snacks.

When I arrived no one was at the lobby to check me in. Only a sign that said they were sorry they missed me and to leave your room number and a note. Well, I had not even been checked in. I had somewhere else I needed to be and this process of getting someone there took about 20 mins. NO ONE was there so I eventually had to get the bartender to assist me. Finally, the front desk staff showed up and she did not apologize or anything. I felt this was extremely poor customer service and the only reason I didn't rate staff lower was because the bartender stated they were extremely understaffed. I paid WAY over what this room was valued at. This is NOT a $255 a night room. I was very disappointed overall because of these issues.

Overall stay was good. Will definitely stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable!

The only problem i experienced was that the light in the shower didn’t work and the bulb in the mirror was out. So the bathroom was a little darker than I would have wanted. Also there was no parking available.

It was comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean conveniently located. Very spacious h G or my husbands wheelchair which doesn’t always happen

Would have liked a wheel in shower for my husband. It was a little hard getting him in and out of the disability tub. But it was spacious enough to get his chair in and out.

Convenient

The first room assigned to us, had not been cleaned.Beds were unmade.Reassigned another room. One of the beds in our room tilted toward the floor. Had to sleep sideways on the bed.

The beds and pillows were comfortable

We left the room the first day at 11 am and when we arrived back at 2:30 pm the room was still not clean, we had no clean towels or toilet paper, the beds weren’t made, I had to go to the front desk and requested for housekeeping to clean our room, and yes, I made sure to hang on the door the notice for housekeeping to enter the room to clean. Breakfast was very disorganized, they didn’t have enough plates, not enough food, the tables were dirty and we had to clean our own. The second day we didn’t even bothered to go downstairs for the free breakfast. I don’t think I’ll stay there again. We were told the bar closed at 11 pm, but the bar closed at 9:45 pm.

It was ok.

It wasn't kept clean in the hallways or the lobby, one of the two elevators was broken down the entire time, and the mini store was out of all the things we needed to purchase.

Location great! walking distance to Walgreens & 2 good restaurants. Great staff!

Cleaniness needed a little attention like overflow of trash in common area, but nothing I would complain about. Lighting in restroom was a little dim.

the bathroom shower floor needs to be replaced .. ours was dirty and the shower walls needed a good cleaning! it’s dark brown but you could see soap stains were the walls wasn’t clean and the floor was dirty with hair and dirt. The door key kept needing to be reset, even though it was kept away from cell phones

I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel, very comfortable to stay for many days, it feels calm, you sleep like a baby, everything is very quiet, it feels like being at home, it does not despair to be in the room, the internet connection is very good, very good channels on the tv everything is very comfortable the beds the pillows very clean it smells nice everything in order it is located in an area so accessible to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, clothing stores a beautiful town with a city with a variety for all kinds of people excellent friendliness of the hotel staff, they speak English and Spanish, I saw the camaraderie that they get along with each other..
