Breakfast was good and varied. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was pretty clean.

The pool area seemed unclean and there were no chaise lounge chairs. The carpet everywhere was filthy.

Toilet ran constantly, had to stick my hand in the tank so the flapper would seat properly so it could fill. The only weight lifting system in the fitness room did not work. Which really is a problem. The room was old and the bathroom is in need of repair.

Nice location and nice facility, friendly staff. Pool not bad. Nice fireplace outside. Central place close to everything. Big parking. Free coffee in lobby 24/7, some snacks and essentials to buy.

The breakfast is typical, not a great verity. The food area is small and a lot of people and lines. Pancakes machine, some eggs (depends on day - scrambled, omelette etc), toasts, some fridge with yogourts, waffles machine... (in one the waffles were constantly sticking and people had hard time to get it out of there. It crumbled and burned. It was very frustrating for people waiting, then tried for some time, then had to call for staff and after all left with nothing which significantly contributed to the line. The staff was saying it needed to be sprayed with oil first, they did it and that might helped for a couple of next times then there were new frustrated customers with the same issue). Eating area is dense, noisy, not cosy. Coffee at nearby hall/coffee corner outside the main food area. Another thing was many times we had to call for staff to have the coffee jars refilled or towels in pool refilled... and it took the time. These 2 sings could be better. Our room had no mosquitoes net so we could not open a window for fresh air (there were here and there mosquitoes so it's needed)

The smell of the hotel rugs in the hallway AND the rooms was HORRIBLE!!!!! We had to buy a Tom of candles and fresheners just to tolerate the few days of our stay! The rugs smell like they have never been cleaned or deodorized! They should probably just remove all the rug and do tiles!!!!! UGH

I stayed 2 nights with my family. I liked the location, close to everything, Six Flags, walmart , kfc, and a lot of other facilities. The hotel has 2 pools, which is so convenient, small pools but nice. The staff were either so friendly or so rude. The one in the morning was really nice I think his name is Sadek. But the one who was staying overnight, she was really rude and kicked us out of the reception at 9 pm, and when we stayed outside at the fire pit, she came and turned it off .. like seriously !? Why do you guys have a fire pit if we can't stay at night ?. The hotel was clean. However, if you stay less than 3 nights there will be no room service, another thing I didn't like, I have to take out the garbage and change the garbage bag while I'm on vacation? Lol. Good thing that the breakfast is included but don't get so excited, eggs and ham pancakes some cereal and that's it. The restaurant staff was really nice and friendly. I give this hotel 7 of 10 beacuse of the cleanliness and the position.
