Luxurious and comfortable stay in prime location, with many thoughtful touches to please all guests.

Room very luxurious and comfortable. Complimentary high quality snack food in room, restocked regularly. Also yummy breakfast buffet included in stay. Prime location. Friendly staff. While room rates are high, but commensurate with equivalent accommodations. However during our stay, it was relatively more economical than the standard rates for this hotel.

Total lack of Security for guests.

Total security alert. No front door or security guard on site. Homeless people all around hotel without any supervision. Don’t go. They are a rip off.

Perfect get away for relaxation, exploring your local area, and experiencing great dining.

Location, very convenient to walking the Healdsburg downtown area. Thank you for the treats delivered to our room to celebrate Teri’s birthday and also our anniversary. Greatly enjoyed the five course dinner at Dry Creek Kitchen. The accompanying wines added to a fantastic dining experience.

I prefer the option of brighter lights in our room.

Beautiful facility in great location, but a bit costly and in need of a few minor tweaks.

The Hotel Healdsburg is a lovely hotel in a great location. The grounds are beautiful and the staff we interacted with were all professional and friendly. The room (204) overlooking the plaza was very nice and comfortable. It was spacious, clean, and there were complimentary snacks for us, which was a really nice touch. The bed was very comfortable.

The young man who helped us with our bags (very friendly) offered to charge our Tesla, which was very appreciated, but the next morning when we left, we realized it had not been charged. Unfortunately, we did not have extra time to sit and wait for it to charge up, so that was a disappointment as we had a bit of a drive ahead of us and would need to stop elsewhere to charge it in order to have enough to get home. In the room, the door to the bathroom, a barn door style slider, was quite hard to slide open and closed (no handle). The bathroom was lovely but the shower pressure was so poor that my husband didn't even wash his hair because he was afraid it would take forever to get the shampoo out! This was a surprise given how nice the facilities were otherwise and how costly the room was.

Great way to visit Sonoma!

Modern and comfortable. Rooms were roomy, bathroom was spa-like. Close to wonderful restaurants.

Best bathroom Very charming team

Only wished that offers/services on non-weekends were the saMe as on Weekends (eg wine testing) Also breakfast would be even better if we also had simple non sweat options

Hotel Healdsburg is centrally located on the town square, near fabulous restaurants and within a few miles of dozens of wineries. The hotel is chic and comfortable; breakfast fresh and delicious; and the staff friendly. I can't wait to go back.

Excellent breakfast. I ordered from the menu one day and had the buffet the second day. The food and service were wonderful. The dining area was very cold both mornings.

Wonderful. Relaxing. Would recommend!

Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Complimentary wine tasting when we arrived which was a bonus! Such a lovely stay. The hotel is so clean and peaceful.
