Pleasant stay

great location, good breakfast, courteous and helpful staff

I don't like rooms where the vanity is outside the bathroom. I find it inconvenient when sharing a room with someone.

Good spacious room

Nice room, good space

Room 209 to close to washingmachines and dryers. A bit noisy sometimes. And the elevators took very long to come. Every time when elevator came, was someone from the staff in it. The elevators were always occupied and at least 80% by the staff.

Decepcionante .

Não gostei de nada , chuveiro ruim café da manhã ruim , não sei como Pode usar o nome da Hyatt , já me hospedei em Dallas , SAN Diego e tudo da Melhor qualidade fiquei decepcionada.

excelente estadía en pareja.

el hotel muy limpio, agradable, acogedor, moderno. Nos hicieron la limpieza todos los días, el funcionamiento de todos los detalles de la habitación funcionaban (aire acondicionado, electrodomésticos, sanitarios, ducha, etc).

el costo del parqueo por noche muy alto, considerando que éramos huéspedes.

Thank you for a wonderful visit at the Hyatt West Palm Beach!

The breakfast was great. They had a variety of options. I didn’t get a chance to experience the bar but everything was nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is near literally everything and a lot of restaurants and stores are walking distance.

The location was great. Breakfast was okay (same selections everyday).

Although they were supposed to make the room every other day, they never did. I had to request clean towels and garbage pick-up. Others had the same issue. Hotel does not have a pool as pictured on various websites.

Birthday celebration

Liked the room, comfortable bed and sofa. The staff was great. Breakfast was also good. Hotel was very clean.

The bar wasn't open like it was supposed on Friday night at 6 pm. They do not have complimentary coffee during the day. No pool or even a jacuzzi. Price to park if staying there should be cheaper or free. No microwaves in room.

great hotel for a quick trip!

location was perfect to walk to restaurants! clean facilities, nice room layout and delicious breakfast!

parking was pricey but understandable in that location.

Great location for a quick trip close to the city and the beach.

Clean and spacious rooms, 20-30min walk to the beach.

We had to pay for water and a courtesy water bottle was not included in the hotel room.

It was close to restaurants at Rosemary Square.

The room was clean and as described. The only problem was the placement of the bed making it difficult to squeeze by it and the bathroom wall. The hotel provided a very nice breakfast.

The restaurant and bar area was closed when we were there on a Monday night. The cost of parking $27.00 was not stated on Booking.com
