the room was big

Everything about this hotel was nasty. It was dirty, holes in the wall, mold. The room was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was terrible. The juice machine didn’t work and the pool was closed. The couch bed had holes in the mattress and the couch itself had metal poking from it. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy from the spring. It was an absolute disappointment. checked in at 9:30pm checked out at 7am

The mural was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

The place smelled like mildew. The shower rod was rusty. The entire hotel needs to be painted. The carpet was awful. The furniture was old, used and outdated. Part of the hotel was roped off/not usable. I prepaid through booking.com. I had to leave a $100 deposit and I had to give them a credit card. I have yet to receive my deposit back. It doesn't look good for the Wyndham brand. I will never stay at another Wyndham.

the rooms was Clean

I booked connected rooms for me and my kids I didnt get what I paid for I came to swim for my daughter birthday with her friends but it was under construction which was not mentioned in the booking site I booked 2 rooms on feb.18th for March 2-3rd nobody tried to reach out and let _Me Know about the Changes they gave me two se prate rooms that was not Connected Like I paid so I was Uncomfortable because of my daughter being far from me the internet kept going out so we had to use our hotspot on our phone I kept getting locked out the rooms because battery was dead meaning the door lock was bdead worse birthday ever for my daughter I really want my money back so bad I could take my daughter somewhere fun or swimming because this was disappointing to my daughter she cried on her birthday because she couldn't swim which was out of my control /

When we got there, it looked like a halfway house was being evicted. Room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke as did the hallways leading to the room. I felt like I needed to keep my pistol on me at all times. When I went to go get breakfast from the dining room, coffee machine was horribly dirty. Please do an undercover investigation.

Absolutely nothing about this hotel. I WILL NEVER stay there again.

Staff was pleasant and made our stay enjoyable even though the hotel is run down. The location suited our purpose and that's main reason we booked this place.

Worn out hotel needs lots of repairs. Undesirable odors. We are Members and have Stayed in many Wyndham accommodations and was surprised they have their name on this place.

The place was very dirty. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There something smeared around the toilet. The window for the view had water damage in the double panel. The bedding had cigarette burns. The whole room smelled of cigarettes. The fridge smelled rotten. So I cleaned with my own cleaning supplies. I called front desk. Was told there was no other room to move to.

the location was great thought the room was going to be better due to location,

the towels was rough, bed was hard 2-pillows in a king bed trash in the room could not get extra blankets when heat wasnt working properly we went and brought ectra covers and also lied about headed pool. pool area was cold an was the main reason for staying there

Proximity to Opry convention Center was the only positive in this stay.

Smelled of cigarettes even though you can’t smoke. Place was dirty upon arrival. Missing iron and when I called front desk I had to go get it myself. TV didn’t work throughout entire stay and they weren’t able to fix it. We had to ask for room service/ clean up because they had previous experiences of stolen items and it was « at our son risk ». Room was bent out of shape, paint peeling off, hole the size of a baseball in toilet room door… the list goes on.
