It was way too similar to a motel but in a great area right on the strip of Clearwater.

Property was located on the Clearwater beach strip with all of the other hotels, in a decent area.

2 hotels, have to drive across to the other hotel to access rooms. Staff wasn’t friendly. Saw 1 cockroach on bed. Very motel-like.

Clean hotel! Great location! 2 pools! Right across from Shephards Tiki bar🏖🎶🍹 & Jimmy's rooftop bar. I stay there everytime I go to Clearwater beach. Easy parking!

How close everything was

Wrong hotel they put us at , then we’re rude as soon as we arrived . Did absolutely nothing wrong and since I was 21 they made a big deal and made a threat saying if I damaged property I would have to pay of course I obviously know that , there was no need for none of those bogus comments . He could’ve just gave the room key and been nice but he was very rude and did not enjoy his job or life

location. large size room and large bathroom

room very outdated. no electrical outlets in the room. only ONE light in the room worked out of all of them! elevator seemed like it was going to break down

Have to pay to PARK. CRAZY...

Location

After booking your room when you get there they tell you there is a 10 dollar a day parking fee. Totally ridiculous 🙄. I mean come on. Totally disrespecting the customer. Parking fees . Just everyone remember when you are booking. There are Parking Fees. Scam.. Yes I've been coming here for at least 10 years with Family and Friends . .

Awesome stay and looking forward to visiting again!

The location was great with great views of the Harbor and even better for accessibility to the beach. shops and restaurants!

Lack of outlets near bed for charging phones, etc.

Nice place to stay if you just need a place to sleep while enjoying the beach!

The location was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants

Paying an additional $10 a day for parking. Also, the walk- in shower only had a curtain that didn’t reach the floor, so the bathroom floor got soaked every time I took a shower.

all in all a Hotel is great for the value location and the staff is always very nice

We love the location we can walk anywhere we need to go in the middle of everything

we do wish the beds were a little more updated. They’re kind of old and not very comfortable. they could also use some new beach chairs by the pools and keeping the pools a little cleaner.

Love Clearwater Beach and the Dolphin cruise on Little Toot was excellent.

The hotel was great and close to everything. My husband left an item when we checked out so I called the hotel and they were able to retrieve the item and send back to us after sending them a pre-paid box to ship it in. That was very nice of them.

The only issue we had was they had to replace the entire door handle and lock as it malfunctioned, but maintenance got right on it.

I plan to visit again soon.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. A budget hotel but was better than most budget hotels.

I was happy with my stay except the coffee pods were not compatible with the coffee maker. I walked 2 blocks to get coffee at the Racetrak gas station . It was no big deal.

Room 131! bed bugs in kitchen chair. staff did not care about a bug infected chair. no apology, DO NOT STAY HERE

BED BUGS in a chair! the staff did not apologize or care. we stayed one night and had to cancel the rest of our stay. Pay $10 a day for parking which we did not get a refund for after canceling. no breakfast offered at all.

nice getaway hotel

location, big space of room, chairs outside of room to sit and relax, loved the pool

bed was uncomfortable sunk in the middle and couch was ok, didn't like how the heat in tv area was warm, had to put heat on 90 to warm up the bed room too! my husband is anemic so he stays cold

1 family of screaming yelling 14 people swarmed and took over the pool the whole visit.

The older guy at the front desk didnt have a clue what he was doing. I informed him i paid in full through booking, yet when he took my credit card and used it as security for theft, a transaction came up that said "authorized payment of 477" Then he spent 10 min trying to get a key card logged and finally a coworker walked up and showed him he had the card backwards. I guarantee he has messed up some charges for people!!

Location

Small room, old furniture, no bathroom vent, water all over floor after showering due to shower curtain not covering bottom very well. Blow dryer not screwed in stud on wall, so fell out every time I used it. Toilet running. Broken ice machine on 5th floor.

Exceptional

This was our 3rd time staying in the hotel. This yr was the best room ever. Usually I prefer overlooking the harbor but across the street was a wonderful room also. It was a great vacation stay. Staff are terrific. Didn't want or need for anything. Everyone is so friendly. Definitely a great place to stay. We'll be back in 2023...

I don't have anything bad to say. The hotel and staff are great. No complaints.
