Stay elsewhere. Uncomfortable and owner deceives. There is no sauna.

The only good thing was the manager. He tried and also apologized several times for the deceit about the sauna and that kitchen staff was on vacation so no breakfast.

I booked that stay because of the sauna. Otherwise I would have driven on thru to Hot Springs SD. Sauna has not worked in over a year. The reviews said breakfast was great, but no breakfast available for my stay. Covering up "old" with heavy scents never works. The heavy perfume smell made me sick. I had to keep the window open all night just to breathe. Since it was snowing and below freezing, I am grateful that I travel with a down sleeping bag for emergencies. It was an intensely uncomfortable stay. I wasn't even the first to leave when I drove away at sunrise.

Great customer service!

Had a situation come up from an online reservation. The staff and owner were so helpful and made it right!! Went out of their way to accommodate us. Just don't see people that actually care about customers anymore! Great experience!

A cozy Hotel for a good & fair price.

The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were big, clean and with all amanities they needed.

The mattresses could have been better.

Outstanding -

Visually the hotel looked a little drab on arrival but the receptionist was lovely as was the room. It's obviously been refurbished in the recent past with new flooring/carpets and bed coverings and provided for a great stay. The included breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices including hot options. The whole place was spotlessly clean and obviously the owners take pride in their hotel.

Nothing in the hotel. Eating options in Lusk in the evening were rather limited though.

Awesome place!

One of the nicest places we have stayed on our trip Very well kept & clean. Quiet place, the pool & hot tub are in separate building that has a sauna also & places to change. Just an FYI but try the Rustic & Refined restaurant, awesome food & service! Not much to look at as they are in remodeling process.

It was clean and well appointed. The customer service was exceptional.

Breakfast was better than expected. The dining room was clean and well supplied.

The shower head was very low. I had to duck to get my head wet. The bathroom counter was also very low.

Delightful sanctuary at modest price

The classic 50s auto court has been maintained at perfection. My room had been meticulously prepared, everything about the room was fresh, eye-fetching, and functional. I enjoyed a delicious night's rest. Breakfast was just right, and there's a separate room devoted to that service. Grounds are pleasant, and if you drive electrical, there are four charging stations. Staff exuded warmth and hospitality. Check-in and checkout were easy and swift. A welcoming spirit was evident throughout. The management understands what customers value. If you are traveling the Wyoming boundary, this is the place to book. Don't bother with higher priced venues. Your delight is here!

Unexpectedly gpod

Gentleman at reception on arrival was very pleasant and more than helpful in moving us to a downstairs room (we don't like stairs carrying our bags). He also, when we enquired, told us a little of the history of the area and where the best place to eat was.

The only thing I can say is we arrived at breakfast just before 9am (finished at 10am) and there was no hot food left as was not replaced in the 20min. we were there.

arrived after a hot day on the bike. pool was lovely

outdoor and indoor pool was fabulous. breakfast was full eggs bacon and waffles in an outdoor gazebo it was beautiful.

The breakfast had a large variety and plenty of coffee!

The food was barely warm. We had to microwave the French toast, eggs and sausage.

big rooms, nice breakfast

there was poop in the pool and the water of the whirlpool was also very dirty
