Very nice place

Everything was good , and the location was nice. Our event was next door walking distance

The person staying on the 4th floor was just stomping 5am till about 7am, that was the only annoying part

Not really the hotels fault but the cleanliness outside could be better and the abandoned restaurant made it look a bit eerie

Thank you for the accommodations after the mix up. We felt treated well and cared for appropriately.

Had no trouble signing in but then the key and room number were mixed up. The staff immediately fixed the problem and sent the manager with us to make sure all continued smoothly. The front desk then comped drinks while waiting for a provided free ride to our event. Very much made us feel accommodated for the mistake with room and keys.

No late check out available.

The breakfast was ideal, and suberb, it was a refreshing experience. Ist time in many years that I have traveled, I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful!

Everyone was friendly and polite I like the coffee station that was ready 24/7 Perfect for people on the go . Room was nice and clean and quiet enough to sleep , plenty of parking.

Really convenient location and a great room.

Very spacious room for the pricing, and i like that the lights could be dimmed. We chose it for its proximity to the convention center and could only stay two days but I could have been there even longer, it was really nice.

Nice area but hardly got sleep due to noise.

I liked the spaciousness of the room, it was worth the money. I liked how there was a fridge and coffee maker + microwave. I like how there is dove brand soaps in the shower.

I didn’t like how we can hear every little noise. We could hear the footsteps of the people above us. Doors slamming in the hallway, people talking in the hallway, and the people next doors conversation. I also didn’t like the very little amount of channels that were available nor how confusing it is to work the air conditioning system.

Comfortable Beds and Pillows for a good nights Rest, A/C worked very well

Ice machine on my Floor was not Working I had to go down to 1st floor for Ice, Front desk said it would be fixed the next day that didn't happen

Dark and depressing

The location was close to the airport, which is convenient.

The whole property, and especially the room, were joyless, bordering on depressing. We booked a large suite with a pull-out bed - it was very spacious, but extremely dark, frugally furnished, with crooked mismatched light fixtures and a bathroom door that opens outwards (a hazard, I’d say). The sitting area with a sofa has no windows, the bedroom windows crack open by 3” max. All room keys stopped working every morning, so we’d have to run to the front desk to reissue them. Overall it would be tolerable for an overnight stay, but we made a mistake of staying 3 nights…

The room was nice

What I didn't like about the room it was the air conditioning it made a loud noise, I couldn't sleep I was actually thinking of asking for a refund, it was that bad.

Clean rooms and nice pool area and lobby. They had comfortable beds and bathrooms. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the convenience items/store. Easy to get an Uber tu the customer

Very good

Love the location it was a bit secluded which I like not so much noise. Close to the anime expo I went to so I didn't have to walk far. It was clean staff was nice and the room was nice and pretty big compared to other two bed rooms I've stayed in.

The t.v connection sucked it kept showing no signal. It was going in and out so kept the t.v off most of my time there. I also wished the plugs were a little closer but like how there were a good amount of them. Wish they had maybe a USB outlet in the lamp would be a good improvement. There was also a street light that was lightning straight on one of the beds didn't mind because I was sleeping closer to the door , by sister didn't really care for it however. If they made it so we can close the heavier curtains than the light ones would have not been a problem.
