Near the MVP Arena

Rooms were not very clean. Elevators were slow to get back to our room after the event. 1 elevator at a time for hundreds of people, took over 30m to get back to our room. Also, the hygiene products were empty when we got in the room.

Check in was very long, staff would have you come up and you stood there for like 15 minutes while they were trying to find rooms for others. Restaurants that were advertised open were closed, no restaurants were open around the hotel.

I didn’t get the room I booked on booking! The room they gave me when I got there was already occupied! Next room was dirty had fecal particles in the toilet floor was dirty counter was dirty.

The only thing about the property that we liked was the location.

Extremely filthy inside the elevators, stairways indoors and outdoors, garage, and the rooms are not well maintained. We stayed in Room 1221 and you had sheer curtains that were torn, worn out furniture, and a door that had too many issues with the key card. The bathroom had the complimentary body wash and conditioners half empty and one of the bottles had fallen off the wall. There was even dust on the tops of the bottles which suggests that they are hardly refilled. Lastly, you have too many homeless people begging out front. I honestly can’t believe this is a Hilton.

I liked only the location. I decided to book this hotel since my fiancé and I are were celebrating an anniversary and going to a comedy show.

There is no stairwell and only 4 elevators for 15 floors of people. The floor we were on had an empty ice machine and no vending. The worst part was a security officer knocking on my door at 12am investigating marijuana — only to wake me up and make me get dressed all to say “my bad, wrong hotel room”. When I asked what was going on, he dismissed me and walked down the hallway only to knock on adjoining rooms on the floor. Further, the room we had was literally adjoined and on both sides were two separate couples/families that you could hear through the walls completely. The white bedding had black eye makeup stained on it and neighbors kept me up all night. For $180 with fees, it’s the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was not clean and I was not happy about being locked out. The night desk clerk "Dee" was nasty. The towels in the pool area are worn and scratchy and the coffee pot is awful. Not to mention the hairs in the tub and on the towel and the very slippery shower and broken vent slats that were filled with dust, the dust under the nightstand and the garbage between the bed and nightstand. Peeling paint in the bathroom. Old carpet. The place needs a complete overhaul.

The hotel was wonderful, and I was very comfortable in my room. I appreciated the shuttle from and to the airport.

There was nothing that bothered me.
