I travel to this area frequently and always stay here. Feel comfortable and safe, staff is wonderful, room and facility are always clean. Coffee is great! Let cation is good for easy access to freeways.

Laquetta, the front desk concierge, was amazing! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! I felt welcomed. The breakfast was lovely. Everything was to correct temperature and taste for its purpose, hot and cold. Delicious.

The bed was a bit hard and lumpy, not UNcomfortable, but maybe because I’m used to my bed at home.. it definitely a firm mattress.

It smelled terrible. Our first room smelled like an ashtray so we were moved to another. The halls all smell like weed. The bed pillows are tiny, there is no comforter on the bed, just a thin blanket. The daytime staff was super nice, the night time staff couldn’t have cared less.

They gave me a room that was occupied. The second room they gave me had a bad AC. The third room was ok.

Breakfast was fine

We had a sleeper sofa, but it was missing a mattress. They couldn’t get a mattress, so we made do. We scheduled a shuttle for the morning, but the driver couldn’t turn on the big van needed for multiple parties and luggage. The elevator smelled like pot.
