Good location, average room.

The lobby, gym, and other public areas were modern, clean, and trendy. The location was great on the edge of the French quarter and warehouse district, perfect for both.

The pictures shown on the website of the guest rooms are not at all representative of the standard rooms. Our room was just fine but not what we expected based on the pictures. The pictures of the bedrooms/washrooms were really unique and dramatic which is why we booked this hotel over another. The room we got was just an average hotel room with the view of a brick wall.

Great location very comfortable and clean beds.

Location was perfect

The entrance although quirky was dark and un inviting. The rooms were clean but the maid service wasn’t consistent so not always cleaned to the same standard.

I would come back.

The property was very clean. The wooden floors in the lobby were exactly what they should have been. I fractured my foot in transit to the hotel and they were so accommodating about the scooter I rented.

No ice machine on every floor. I found the doors to be quite heavy.

Very welcoming, relaxing and fun. The staff was very helpful and nice!

The energy felt so welcoming, relaxed and fun!

I wish it had a template that would tell the history of the building. For all the test time have. Over all was an amazing stay!

Beautiful, lovely staff, and close to Bourbon St!

The staff, valet option, close to bourbon street and everything else, the hotel bar and the little welcome bag upon check in!

Pleasant

Few steps from the Roosevelt which my business convention was taking place.

Staff was very attentive. Accomodations were OK. Location is good if you want to stay close to the trashy scene.

Dingy, Rude, Uncomfortable

I liked the location.

The room was dingy with stains. The bed was sloped downward toward the glass headboard with bed springs you could feel while laying down. You are given 2 small pillows and the cleaning staff poorly cleaned the room. The bartender was rude and didn't greet us or say thank you when we left, although she did do with other couples of other ethnicities than ours. The walls are thin so we could EASILY hear the couple that was put right next door during their "afternoon delight". I called for service downstairs and was hung up on one and when I called back, no one answered. Some of the lights were dim. Wouldn't return.

location and very comfortable

the staff were hit and miss some good some need more training. plus I was really annoyed to have a mini bar charge applied after check out when I had not touched the mini bar the whole time. It was finally reversed but took a few calls.
