Was not very clean. No microwave. No mini frig. Durg deals happening in parking lot. The pool was green.
A few hours after I left there were shots fired in the parking lot and windows were shot out.
Many people living at Motel 6. There are Homeless/unhoused people everywhere in Ukiah.

Check in Staff was great.
Couldn't get towels.Cigarette Butts everywhere.Also no offer to service room almost ran out of Mountain Money.Ada not up to par.

Nothing it was disgusting hair everywhere on sheets and in the shower. Dresser tops were dirty.

WiFi actually good. Ice machines work. Microwave in vending area (not advertised). Lots of parking.
Seemed like lots of longer term residents who are down on their luck. Not a particularly friendly welcome from staff. Some late night noise from people in the carpark.

The towels were clean..we think
The room was filthy. The shower had 12 hairs in it. It hadn't even been remotely cleaned. The floors had hair and dirt/garbage on it. The cops rolled through several different times. Room next door a couple screamed at each other for hours. It was by far trashed. The toiled was dirty as well. Floors were sticky. Tons of dirt and dust on TV. TV had spots on it like someone had punched it. Other reviews we read after getting there were super accurate.

Grading on this is a Motel 6 and not a 5-star Hotel, it was very good. Staff was curtious and friendly, the area quiet, facility clean, room clean and bed cover in white to say "clean". Stayed at Motel 6 because no additional costs for traveling with a dog. Those extra and rather expensive costs that other facilities charge, is why I stayed at Motel 6. No problem being a dog room, looked and smelled clean, and no fleas or bedbugs. The bed was comfortable with better pillows than expected, good water pressure and water did not take long to get hot. Small fridge, microwave, small flatscreen TV and even some HBO stations. No complaints.
It not being a 5-star hotel? It was a good traveling with dog motel for a much better price than other hotels in the area. Dogs stay FREE

I love Ukiah!
The room was GROSS, to say the least. Let's start in the bathroom. There was some type of blue paint all over everything. The air vent was off the wall and sitting behind the toilet HELD UP BY A JACK DANIELS bottle. The shower floor had burn marks on it as well as the walls. Then into the room, the bed was SUPER hard and old you were laying on springs. The AC unit's whole "air vent face" was missing and the inside of the AC unit was exposed. There was a burn on the curtains and the mirror/walls had more paint all over. Then by the stairs outside there was some VERY beautiful writing on the wall under the rail that says " Krystal Meth" ... all in all I wouldnt stay here again.

There was breakfast here at this motel n no coffee
No microwave and staff walked into the room at 8am n didn’t knock . Then housekeeper knocks at door at 10am n then at 10:45am . When checkout wasn’t until 11am . Got woken up at 8am n basically wanted us to get out of the room before 11am . Rooms need to have a do not disturb sign for outside the door.

The thermostat was broken on the unit and couldn’t be set below 78F. Room was too small. The ice machine was barely functioning.

Area was not safe, lots of transients and drug use and activities
Not a safe place to be at night. We had an emergency and had to leave and staff would not consider retuning any monies back. My apologies but i do not recommend this location to anyone
It would have been great if they had at least considered to refund half of my pay but they refused to. Was not even there for an hour and receptionist would not work with me. Promised me that owner would call to discuss and have yet to hear from anyone from that establishment. Not a good or professional experience

Rooms were the most raggedy rooms I've seen and I've been cross country traveling, staying at Motel 6's almost the entire time. Also, the discarded drug paraphernalia was indicative of the nature of the place.

I like the front desk help. He accommodated my room for me so I felt more comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool.
I wasn’t impressed with late night traffic that happened with loud noises.

Nothing. Except maybe that it was quiet.
It was extremely dirty, tv bulbs were burnt out. No microwave or fridge. Just a bed and dirty old gross shower curtain. Even the window curtains were stained and dirty and gross. The bed was also stained and gross. The floors were dirty everything felt dirty. Spend that extra $20 it’s worth it.

In poor repair, not clean, loud, sketchy neighborhood

Customer service doesn’t exist here. No smoking room smells like a smoker has been living there. The new room? There’s a cigarette burn hole on the curtain, the wall of the room is dirty like something was spilled and was never cleaned. Lots of overnight activity outside with people talking and in and out of closeby room so it was hard to sleep and to top it all off, the bed frame was broken in the middle so we were sinking in! Its not clean and doesn’t feel like a safe place to stay.
