Ok for passing through

Weird people stay there…seem to be on drugs. Beds are small and uncomfortable. Pool was so dirty…could not go in there.

The ac didn't work there where roaches and when I opened the air vent it fell down right off the wall

Two female prostitutes in rm112 and advertise on the internet that they are at motel6 ruined my trip with my 10yr old grandson.I complained to front desk but they did nothing the room is right by office makes you wonder if they get a kickback.Was going to stay this weekend but the prostitutes are still in same room 112

A good motel for an overnight stay.

Rosa at reception was excellent - helpful, positive and friendly. The bed and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a laundry which was useful. Rosa helped with that too.

No fridge or microwave in the room.

I was dirty room so they have to give us another room because our original room was dirty and was not clean at the time they told us we were able to go into our room.

Hard to find a parking area close to your room.

Our stay was definitely unpleasant. Railroad was loud, no heater, tv didn’t work.

Do not get off the freeway in Indio. Its not people friendly. You are better off in a ghost town.

I booked a room and arrived to the staff turning people away because rooms were not cleaned which were booked. I booked a double room for my daughter and I who were stranded on the road from vehicle collision and I had to beg the staff for the next clean room. They gave me a room with one bed and charged me an outrageous price. The front desk woman cancelled my booked room and managed my booking herself. I paid less because I had her apply my triple A discount. The room had no heating we were freezing with one blanket for two people who needed two beds. Mother and Daughter. She told me we were given a room with two beds yet we only found 1 bed upon opening the door. With a shower. I asked for a tub.

I didnt like seeing the two people who were in line after me being given a room. I didnt like the front desk woman speaking in spanish to them and giving them a room. Then speaking in English to me and making me beg for my booking to be honored. I didnt like that there was no heating in the room and that we had no tub or extra linens provided at least. I didnt like seeing an out to lunch sign upon my arrival and I didnt like seeing police in the office either. I also didnt like that when i called to confirm my booking before arriving in a Lyft with all of my worldy possessions that i was able to get from my vehicle at crash site that nobody answered the phone to at least let me know they had no intention on fulfilling my booking arrangement. Because rooms were still dirty. Thats bad management. I literally offered the cleaning woman 50 bucks to clean a room for me and she ultimately decided which room I could stay in.

Friendly staff and the price was not bad.Good location.

The AC was not working but we were advised prior to reserving the room. We didn't need the AC anyway due to the cold weather. The heating was good though.

I made a reservation online before I got to the hotel. When I arrived they said they did not have any more rooms left. That the 2 they had available were not cleaned by staff that day and that she could offer me 2 other rooms smoking and one bed. I have children and did not want to separate the rooms and smoking was not a choice. When I told them why did they have it available online and why did they not change to not available. She was also going to charge me for the other room. Lady at front desk offered to clean the room. But at that point I did not feel comfortable there cause she was maybe not cleaning it the way it should be or change the blankets. We also had to wait for her to do that since she was the only one in the office. We were really tired since we had been driving all day. It was just a horrible experience when you are ready to just checkin and go to sleep. To have to deal with all that. They need to keep better track of what they have available and ready to rent online.
