The area of Lincoln city is lovely, center of town, close to everything. The hotel is right on the beach, so it would take less than a minute to have sand in your toes. And it's a large hotel, there's a lot of rooms to accommodate.
The listing I paid for on booking.com said I was getting a King suite with a jacuzzi bathtub and a view of the ocean. The only thing I got out of that was a King size bed. When I asked why I wasn't getting the room I had paid for online, the lady at the front desk was quite rude, and said it was booking.coms fault, and because it was Friday night there was nothing else I could do. I went online to their own website and they had 3 other King rooms available. They only gave us 2 towels and one robe, yet their was a pool and hot tub that was available to use almost all day, till 10pm at night. I asked the next morning if there were any other rooms I could move my fiance and I to, it was a special occasion, my 40th birthday and wanted to atleast have a view of the ocean. The new lady was even less helpful, she told me, it's the weekend, don't you think we're all full, I can't help you, that's just how it is, and went back to playing on her phone. They offered breakfast in the morning, which was really nice, but they had barely any seating for the capacity of people the hotel holds. We had to sit with a stranger to eat our meal. Our checkout was also unpleasant, the lady seemed very frazzled, breathing out heavy, shuffling papers, very short with me. She snatched the card from my hand and said "what room?" I told her I was checking out from my room and gave her the number. Then she sighed heavily, found the room on a piece of paper and just stared at me for a few moments. Then I asked for a receipt, which seemed to irritate her more. Then she asked me, is that your huge truck running right there and pointed at a black diesel truck running next to the lobby area. I told her it was not, then she huffed a little louder and said "whatever, well there's a huge accident on one of the highways, if you needed that one, you'll be stuck for atleast 5 hours.

The young man who checked us in, in his training phase, and was very pleasant and friendly.
The room was dirty, dust webs in all corners. There was mold around the a/c unit, and our clothes we didn't even wear smell like mildew. The toilet seat is broken, and the bathroom walls were dirty with I don't know what. Our room was supposed to have a hottub according to our booking, but instead we ended up in a very small "dungeon".

The view is exceptional. Room is like an apartment for a family getaway, roomy with ensuite washroom and lots of sitting areas that could be a place to sleep too. Close to the shoreline.
I would love to be on the second floor or up, the ground level is not that satisfying if you want a better view. No restaurants close by for options.

chowder, cookies. breakfast. pool, hot tub, balcony view, balcony privacy, 2 bathrooms, salt water taffy, bottled water, nice staff, gave us free toothbrush, parking was good, comfy bed, kitchen well supplied.
cleanliness was the biggest negative. Coffee cup, though wrapped in saran wrap, was very dirty. Front of appliances had dirty looking streaks on them. TV in bedroom had lots of dust visible in sunlight. Pool noise loud. Coffee machine did not work. Coffee in lobby not so tasty. Called mai desk once but no one answered and there was no way to leave a message.

The property itself had great features like a hot breakfast, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. HOWEVER BEWARE when booking your rooms. The descriptions of what are included, such as a hot tub or fireplace is false. The front desk went on to say how this was Booking’s fault and not theirs and offered no compensation. After communication with Booking’s customer service this is not true. They are lying to get customers to stay in their hotel and don’t care to compensate when someone like me accuses them of doing wrong. Do not stay there .

Great location
Floors not vacuumed well crumbs under table. Both Vending machines not in working order, coffee pot in room broken. When in elevator cleaning staff lady tried to cram into the elevator with 3 other people with 3 of her carts very unprofessional to make visitors feel so cramp and back into the far corners of elevator.

Breakfast was good and free. The pool is a nice perk. Location is great and the view is amazing. You're steps from the beach.
The room smelled of pets and urine! Gross. And when i brought it up to the front desk they offered nothing, only said they'd look into it. We didn't get moved or compensated.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors and the pool water feature all day and night long.

After a long drive, being greeted by extremely nice employees, and then having some hot salmon chowder (courtesy of this facility) was a great way to start our 2 night stay. The room could have been a little cleaner ( crumbs under stove/fridge that were very visible)and outer sides of appliances wiped down better.. and crumbs in the silverware drawer are examples. But everything else looked clean, the beds were made up nicely and there were even robes available. This was a non Smoking room and I was hoping also a no pet room (since there was a dog next door) but I didn’t notice any evidence of pets having been in this room. The breakfast that is also included in your stay is very good ... scrambled eggs,(toppings)sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes... then yogurts, hard boiled eggs.. muffins, pastries and so on and so on. A very nice way to start your day.. good breakfast..... we would definitely come here again.
More detail to cleaning ... and a more comfortable small couch would be nice

not enough parking for guest, the house keeping never came by and when we did call for fresh towels, wash cloths and toilet paper we got towels, hand towels (insteasd of wash cloths) and no toilet paper. we had called in the evening when it was not busy.
The AC unit in our room didnt work and our master bedroom bathroom was leaking water. We got no compensation. They did offer to give us a different room at 10 oclock at night with one more day left on our trip I said no thank you because we would have had to move to the building across the street, I should mention I am handicap and have limitations.

Checking in was smooth and quick. We found room easily. We had an ADA room for parent, elevator and ramp @ bldg. 2 was GREAT. Room was beyond gorgeous. Loved watching the sunset from our balcony. Ocean/beach is steps away. Too tired from driving to enjoy on arrival. Morning walk was great. Bed was comfortable, enjoyed the fireplace and bottled water. Breakfast had a good selection. Waffles without the mess was Decadent.
Wish we could have stayed longer.
Room had space for a smallish table in side by ocean view window. A small table would be a treat for evening cards and ocean watching.
The morning check out was smooth, but the ladies(2) at the desk were frowning and unapproachable. Complete opposite of the check in gentleman. Anyhow, i was nice and pleasant. Even smiled and thanked them. Still nothing but frowns. Too early for frowns. I work customer service, even i can fake a sincere smile for 3 minutes.
We would still come back and recommend to others, but wanted you to know.

The breakfast was disappointing not what you would think for a place calling itself a resort . The location was nice great views and no noise.

Do not stay here! I want to give them 5 stars, but the hospitality and breakfast were garbage and completely ruined it for me. We booked a king suit with a "spa tub" through Booking.com. It was mine and my husbands 20th anniversary and I really wanted a room with a hot tub with is what we paid for. When we got to our room there was only a shower. We immediately called the front desk and was told that because we booked through Booking.com, we would have to call them. So after a 30-minute call with Booking.com, we were told that they left an email with the hotel. So we waited. After about an hour, we went to the front desk and was told that they had not received an email yet and that they would not be able to do anything until management got in the next day. So the next morning we went to have breakfast and talked to the front desk. First off, breakfast was not hot it was all microwavable food. We then talked to the front desk about our room and was told that they had not received an email from Booking.com, and they would not be able to help unless they received an email or call from Booking.com. Which still does not make sense to me. If you're going to use a 3rd party site to do booking for, you should be responsible if they mess up the booking and not make the guest fix the mix-up. The lady at the front, which I believe was the manager, was not apologetic. In fact, she seemed annoyed with us. We then called Booking.com. again and spent another thirty minutes on the phone. This time, they reached a person and told us that they had fixed it and we would be getting our room with a spa tub and that we could go get our key to our new room. My husband went to the front desk, and then we were told that we would have to wait for the room to be cleaned. So we went and enjoyed our day and explored Lincoln City, which is a beautiful town, by the way. Came back around five, checked with the front desk, and got our new keys for our updated room.
The rooms were not horrible if you were lucky to get the room you paid for. I think they should put shower curtains up, though, because most people like a little privacy. There was also no door on the shower, so it let in a lot of cold air while you showered. The view was amazing, and the heated pool, jacuzzi, and steam room were not bad either.

beautiful rooms, clean, close to beach, good amenities
bathtub didn’t fill, no housekeeping on multiple nights (so we didn’t get towel refills, teeny tiny garbage can not dumped, no coffee refills for the room) we called to ask for fresh towels and we had to go get them. I don’t normally mind that but with the cost of the room, they could have at least brought them.
oh! you should put some skid control around the pool. my husband and both both nearly “ate dirt” a couple times! very slippery

The beds were very comfortable. The room was roomy and the view was spectacular! Loved the smoked salmon chowder and cookies break at five. Reused the kitchen facilities for our other meals.
The kitchen needs more in the way of baking pans. We couldn't find a baking pan that we could use as a casserole dish. I don't know how anyone uses the oven without these types of pans. Also a new set of silverware would help. To claim to have a fully, ready to use kitchen is not an accurate description and required that the two of us were having to use the dishwasher to have some clean dishes for the next meal which used a lot of water and dishwasher soap.
