Not a bad stay. Just due to lack of WiFi and the hotel room not offering much my time was very short in the hotel and I

Good location. Fairly clean as well

The WiFi reception was terrible. I know many won’t have this struggle but since the tv’s aren’t smart tv your forced to watch the terrible cable channels and I really didn’t want to so I hooked my Xbox up to enjoy Netflix but it wouldn’t couldn’t connect to the WiFi cause the strength was so weak.

Glad it in my past and I don'thave to think about it but they kept begging for a review from me*

We had a place to lay our heads thank god but it was such a disappointment and unclean* the staff were not even friendly* I stepped into another reality and thought maybe I was at motel 6* sorry guys but its true* How can you be proud of the shape of your room you gave me* I wanted to take another shower as I felt so unclean but the shower was dirty* No class* thank you*

Glad it in my past and I don't have to think about it but they kept begging for a review from me* Very dirty, red chair in suite section almost black on the arms and seat with water stained dirty marks * bathroom mirror dirty and tub had dark dirty stain on it* sand on floor and did not want to walk barefoot* for 180 bucks a nite really disappointed however after traveling for 9 hours just closed my eyes and went to sleep* Maybe it was that we had the dog room but even our dog could smell other dogs and was very unsettled as the floors were not cleaned. Never would stay here and couldn't get any discounts for veteran, senior because I booked on line * usually that doesn't matter.

Good location and easy to get to everything the city has to offer.

Breakfast was good. Pool area could use more seating, we used our camp chairs that we keep in the car. Check in was easy and it was in a good area to get to the activities we did.

While bug free, I don't believe our bedsheets were clean. I also never saw a housekeeping cart the whole time we was there.

Overall it was clean and staff was nice.

Indoor semi heated pool

Doors were hard to open and would get stuck. The pool door, the downstairs lobby bathroom door, and our actual room door.

For the one night stay it was good for sleeping. Breakfast was not what we planned

The rooms and the beds were comfortable And the room did smell And looked fairly clean. We enjoyed the easy access to the rooms And to the pool as well.

Breakfast was not good. The poor one worker couldn’t keep up so my family barely ate. We picked this places specifically for the hot breakfast and everything was basically out or scraps left. They needed at least two workers if not three running breakfast for the amount of people eating that morning. It was a mad rush when he brought something fresh out but there would be a small number of that item and out once again.

would never stay here again. The rooms are not properly cleaned.

The ONLY thing we were satisfied with was the breakfast.

both rooms we were assigned were nasty. In both rooms the pull-out couches had food crumbs all over them. The first room actually still had the blankets from previous tenants still rolled up in the bed covered in food. Both bathroom sinks would not drain.

Returning from FL. Passing trough.

Location. Pet friendly.

Floor was dirty in corners and under furniture. Needed mopped. Door handles, walls and door had splatters and dirt on them. I have photos. Would not reccomend. We were only staying one night and we were tired from driving or I would have complained to front desk. For a pet friendly hotel, there wasn't much grass.

Never come back!

A few staff members are ready nice.

I asked for the staff to check on my dates due to a mix up the wrong date.... they didn't even try to fix the problem.... the bathroom had mold problems and the lights were not working in the bathroom... the bed sheets had hair on it asked for housekeeping to change them ... he did. The manager Amy was very rude to my family. We ask her questions about breakfast she had a different time than it had on the wall she was rude when we asked her for a water and muffins after all the time it had on the wall had 10:00 and she said it was over at 9:30 her attitude was very poor! My suggestion is get new manager! The pool 80% is closed for some reason that no one will say! We spent over $2,000 at this hotel and the Manager said that we owe them money... after getting my bank statements they are the ones who owe us!!! When you call the company/ hotel owners... I got to talk to someone about the problem then she hung up on me.... So to solve a problem with this hotel still no luck and we have been trying for almost a month now!

It was a very pleasant stay. Again, high praises to Austin for taking excellent care of us.

It was pet friendly and where they set me up, it was very convenient to let my pet out. For a pet friendly place, it was kept pretty clean . Shout out to Austin who was handling the front desk when we checked in. There was some confusion with the dates and he and the booking representative did a magnificent job checking us in.

The area where the pets go should be maintained better.

The staff ruined what would have been a pleasant complaint free stay.

The bathroom was nice and the shower was great.

The staff were rude, condescending, narrow minded. They did not treat guests respectfully or give proper time and attention to guests . The way they handled an issue was so ineffective , and shockingly rude. I was treated poorly. I would never treat paying customers like I was treated!

Hotel was as we expected but it was the staff that made our four night stay enjoyable

Austin at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He would do anything in his power to make sure we had what we needed or wanted. He truly added to our comfort and enjoyable stay. Lloyd and Barbra prepared a good breakfast, very cheery and kind even at 5:30 am. (I'm an early riser)

Housekeeping could improve. Communication is next to impossible as no one speaks English. We were finally conveyed through an app that we needed our room cleaned. We did get fresh towels and the trash removed. The bed wasn't made, no vacuum ran, or resupply of anything.

Would not recommend to others.

Location was perfect and room size was large

Drinks unavailable for breakfast, not even water available or milk for cereal. Bed sheets had wrinkles all over them and hairs. Don’t believe sheets were changed between visitors. Cob webs in all corners of room. Windows so dirty you could hardly see out of them. Tub stained brown, too scared to even take a shower.

They breakfast was good and the lobby area was clean.

The showers handle fell off, there was roaches in our room and we had to ask for trash bags and toilet paper

Location is great. Pretty quiet rooms with lots of space in the suites. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beds squeaked and bedding wasn't very warm, pretty lumpy comforters. Rooms were humid.

Great place to stay for a quick getaway to Chattanooga

Breakfast was very good! The grounds and general room was very nice and mostly clean.

Apparently our bathtub was "stained" but it really looked dirty. They did try to clean it, but their must be some combination of cleaning agents that could have gotten the tub cleaner.

Mold on the ceiling and smoke smell in the room and very damp in room. Breakfast was disgusting won’t stay here again after 15 years of staying here on our way south.

Not recommended, due to cleanliness

Location is right off the freeway and easy access.

The room was not fully cleaned upon arrival. We found leftover clothes and hair bands around the bed the next morning. Hallway carpets stained. when going to breakfast, observed the kitchen staff use the same gloves between laying out supplies and pushing the trash down .. and then laying out more food/supplies.

Disappointed for price paid.

Breakfast worker was very pleasant and helpful. Size of the room was very good. Other staff members very pleasant.

Pool area not very clean (left out towels, wrappers), VERY cold water, pool not very clean (stuff in bottom, not clear/good filter. Room upon arrival could’ve been cleaner (stuff in corners, appeared sheet on pull out hadn’t been changed), cushions of chair very dirty.
