My stay was chaotic and stressful

The property was clean and for the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. Until I got a call at 10:30pm telling me I had to leave with my family in the middle of nowhere while all other hotels where booked to a music festival.

Rooms are clean and very well priced

Convenient to Joshua Tree National Park. Check in was easy and quick. Receptionist was friendly, kind and helpful.

A bit pricey, but it was a busy weekend in Joshua Tree National Park

The hotel staff were very nice the hotel was clean

The bed was horrible I had family staying there also and they had rooms all together we had like four or five rooms but everyone complained that the beds were horrible for me and my room it was so bad I could barely sleep

The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms were clean.

I double booked on your website and they let me know. Now if I could find an email for booking.com to request a refund I would be set! But it was a great hotel. I took a bath, and the pillows had thick pillow cases.

I would have like to be told the parking lot was under some type of security, as I don't want by cadillac converter to be stolen off my car.

Pool, cleanliness, friendly staff

No onsite food options, would be nice if they made available plates, cutlery etc for bringing food in. You have to check in at hotel next door, and a few things like vending machine not working, but overall a good place to stop to visit National Park.

I would only stay if I had no other option.

The location is perfect if you are planning to go to Joshua Tree National Park

For $200/night I expected more. The room was OK the bathroom needed updating. The bathroom floors looked like they needed to be steam cleaned as well as the carpet in the room. The towels are way too small especially since there were no extra towels. A bigger person would never be able to dry themselves. The fact that you have to pay for ice is ridiculous. The hallway smelled although I don't think there is much you can do there. Also, there was only one (1) hanger for the room. I realize you are one of the few "nicer" hotels but that doesn't mean you should take advantage of that fact.

Hiking trip to Joshua Tree

Great price, great location next to Joshua Tree National Park. Easy check in and check out. Outdoor hot tub and pool were good . Outdoor pavilion with gas grill was nice to cook dinner two of the nights. Grocery store was across the highway and they had good prices for food and wine.

Bar was only open 1 night.

Superb

The room was nice, everything was as described. I only was there to sleep in between days at the National Park.

There was a group that was brought into the rooms adjacent and across from mine at midnight, and they were very loud. When I went to ask them to keep it down, I noticed that the bartender was keeping them talking outside my room in the hallway. Considering the time, I think that's really inconsiderate not just of the guests, but especially of the staff.

Check in is not at this hotel, must walk to the hotel nearby. That was odd.

this hotel is in need of an upgrade - most of the furniture is quite old and needs replacing - wish I’d have booked a different property
