Gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel in toller Lage direkt am Strand, gepflegt und modern

Gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel in toller Lage mit direktem Strandzugang und eigenen Liegen - die Lage spricht absolut für das Hotel Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check-Out, leider nicht beim Check-In Hotel und Zimmer gepflegt und sauber, lediglich der Bettrahmen aus Stoff sehr abnutzt - das wirkt leider ungepflegt Zimmer sind großzügig, sowie modern und schön eingerichtet, allerdings etwas dunkel Hoteleigenes Restaurant sehr gut geschmacklich für Lunch (am Pool) und Frühstück (im Bereich neben der Rezeption, hier allerdings sehr kalt aufgrund der Klimaanlage)

Sehr laute (Live-)Musik am Pool und der Pool-Bar

Lovely, relaxing and fun, will be back!

Very beautiful hotel, more like a resort. Super clean and the food in the restaurant was incredible. The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful.

The only thing that wasn’t spectacular was the waitstaff that waited on us around the pool during the day.. they were very slow (even though they were not busy) and not as friendly as the other staff we encountered.

Really good and I would recommend the hotel.

The location was great. Really enjoyed the beach and the swimming pool.

The price was a little steep and the sound from outside could be loud at night.

We loved it all! Very clean with a tropical vacation atmosphere.

We loved the pool! My daughter swam for over an hour. The pool area was also out of the wind and it was very warm laying in the sun on the lounge chairs.

Great location and comfortable stay on a gorgeous beach.

The location on the beach was wonderful, and it was awesome being able to use the cabanas for free – it meant we didn't have to lug down the chairs & umbrella that we brought! The room was very comfortable and the staff were super friendly. The view from the room was what I had wanted and being able to check-in earlier than expected was fantastic.

The balcony was a little too small for everyone to be able to use. The elevator was super slow, there were often long waits for it to reach the 5th floor. And we kept having issues with the side door not opening, hopefully they got that fixed but we had to try 5-6 times to get it to open, which was only a problem bc we had kids with us. I think the room was a tad expensive but you couldn't beat the location.

The bed was comfortable and the shampoo/conditioner/body provided were lovely.

Misleading in regards to room to beach, the ad made it seem as though all rooms would have a view of the beach - this is not so. There is not a breakfast provided, when paying this much for a hotel, breakfast should be included. My credit card was charged on the day after I checked in, I was advised by the staff at the hotel, that I could pay upon check out. I was going to pay with cash but my credit card was charged for my entire stay, one day into the trip.

Sweet start to a great week

The suite was exceptional. 2 bathrooms was a treat. great view. location great. wish we had planned to stay longer

Wonderful! Will be back.

The grounds are lovely and there is great beach access. Loved the cabanas and pool area - especially the free ice cold water. The employees were the shining stars! They helped immediately with any questions and were all caring and extremely pleasant.

A very pleasant, enjoyable stay!

My kids love the fact that they could get out of the room and practically be on the beach. The cover sheets were very clean. The breakfast at Charlie’s Coconut was amazing. The pool staff was great!

The room walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

Won't stay here again.

It was on the beach with easy access and had the pool. Both were used by individuals in our party.

The male desk clerk that was on duty when I arrived on Feb 11th in the afternoon was extremely rude! The hotel states that it is dog friendly, but there is no grass for the dogs to do their business, just shelled, dirt areas with way to many plants that left briars in the fur. They were also not allowed in the lobby, down by the beach, by the pool or on the artificial turf, so no where but your room. The room was also very dirty. My feet and socks came away black from the dirt on the floor. Also one day when housekeeping came in to clean, they didn't even make the beds, just brushed through the room, barely cleaning. This was not worth the amount of money that I paid for the stay. Will never stay here again.
