the staff was very kind and it was near everything!

The staff was friendly and the room was decent for the price.

I left my room for an hour to go eat lunch. While I was gone, someone entered my room. I knew this because there was a light left on by whoever entered and things were out of place. In my opinion this was a complete invasion of privacy because I was not informed that anyone needed to enter my room.

The staff was efficient besides the night shift where one Foreigner works male and a light condensed I want to say Puerto Rican male both of those guys needs to be let go there was an issue when I felt they needed to know about and the Foreigner that's the mail says to me what would you like for me to do about it would you like for me to talk to them so that was the one thing I did not like other than that the staff was very efficient they were very good again besides those two men

As we stated in my previous text there were two males that wrote The night shift one is I want to say he may be from one of the islands Nigeria somewhere Alabama Africa he was very rude very disrespectful and he has no knowledge when they comes to handicapped people and what needs to happen and not only that he pretty much I was threatening with his eyes when he saw that I was in the office area reporting the incident that happened the night before if you need to know more about the incident that happened please look at Miss Michelle's report and you will understand what I'm speaking of.

The staff is AMAZING! Especially the pregnant lady! I can’t remember her name. The entire staff is amazing

There was no breakfast but we understand due to Covid

The staff in the office was very friendly. That is seriously the only nice thing I have to say.

The room smelled like weed....not just a little, it was horrible. Hat was the first issue, it just hit you when you walked in. There was no extra locks on the door. I did not feel safe in the room. The towels were dingy and stained. There was some kind of white liquid in the middle of the floor...

The vending machines, because the machines took my money and no drinks came out. Also the names of the drinks were not the same as the drinks that came out of the machines.

The room was decent, beds were comfortable enough, no bugs were seen thankfully, hot and cold water in the shower were backwards from what it was labeled but should have enough common sense to figure that one out on your own…… all in all it wasn’t a bad experience and the ladies at the front desk were exceptional kind to us.

Couldn’t really hear through the walls from the surrounding rooms but you could hear people talking loud outside which was not pleasant when it’s 3 am and you’re trying to sleep but that could happen anywhere it’s not the hotels fault… one thing I would have liked to have seen was a snack vending machine bc when you have kids sometimes they want a snack late and you don’t feel like leaving the hotel again so that would have been helpful..

The room was comfortable. No one bothered us. The cleaning crew was over the top on making sure we had everything we needed.

No breakfast. Not even juice. Just coffee. and the first night there was a Thursday and it was very loud outside until late. I was worried the weekend would be worse. but the following two nights were wonderful.

Noise they don’t give you a receipt for what you pay for room. If I don’t get a receipt I intend to bring it to olive attention

The Toilet was Messed up had to keep Flushing it not Sanitary I reported it but Never gotten Fixed Not Good

The only thing positive about this place is the two people at the front desk were very nice. Other than that I would say don’t stay here. Not a clean place and barebones hotel.

There was nothing special about this place there was not even a lamp in the room. It was just bed, tv, and table without a chair. There was a fridge but no idea if it even worked. There was not even a coffee pot. The shower curtain had holes in it and a cigarette burn. The sheets had cigarette burns too snd this was supposed to be nonsmoking. The floors were like they had mopped them with a bucket of dirty water. They were blue do you could not see the dirt but you could feel it. And after walking around for a couple of minutes my feet were black. I went to take a shower and the whole tub turned black from the dirt on the bottom of my feet. I had only been in the room like 30 minutes and had to wear shoes at all limes. I spilled a little water in front of the sink and used a towel to clean it up and towel was black. Turned the towel in the next morning to the desk to show them. The little girl at the desk said she knew who cleaned that room and would talk to her. I told her she needed to be fired it that was the work ethic she had.

The location is great! The staff checking in and out super friendly. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Booking the room was very easy.

The door didn’t close completely until you locked it.

The housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

Its more motel styled. I arrive around 3am and there was quite a bit of activity which made me a bit uncomfortable. The sheets were questionable having one stains and hair left on them. One bed did not have a comforter placed on it, so I pulled it from the other bed.

There were No chairs other than a desk chair. To eat, we had to drag the table to the bed. Bathroom door would not shut. Main door, we could see around the edges, no bottom strip on it. They did a cheap tile job on bath area of which they used real cement and it was a mess. Everything needs paint. First room was the same condition plus the heat would not work so we had to move at 11:30 pm. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone but geato .

Staff was pleasant.

Since they are going thru a renovation, I did keep that in mind for my rating. But even the renovations seem shoddy as I believe we were in a room that has been done/ or is being done. Priced way too high for the condition.

Our pillows and comforter were very damp, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was stuffy and the sheets were stained. People were smoking in the balcony all the time and you could smell it inside the room. Took me half an hour to connect to the wifi which was another hotel’s wifi.

soft comfortable bed. Smelled clean. plenty of towels, washcloths, and cups. Tiling in bath is beautiful.

floor was dirty and feet felt slippery. when I got in the tub black marks were left there. A grab bar is needed in the shower. toilet paper roller was needed. I used shampoo that was provided, smelled great, but was not enough in the package to clean hair. Needs a lamp not fluorescents.

They don't wear mask or welcome you in at all. Always Have attitudes. Never have clean towels top sheet always got stains on them ...

Didn’t like when I needed extra towels and I was made to wait until the staff that cleans my floor arrived.

I had a very bad week losing my smart phone and your staff threatened to call the police on me as I had missed a ride when the lobby was Empty and it was raining and I'm disabled.

Right off interstate we were traveling. Beds were at least clean.

booked a handicap room with entry separated from sleeping and requested such. The hotel was in renovation and our room had barely room enough to turn around in. It did not in any way resemble the pictures shown on the website. It was a bare necessities room. The bathroom was almost as big as the sleeping room with nothing in bathroom to place personal items,i.e. vanity, shelf, table. The corridors were very dirty as well as the elevator. The entire website was false advertising of the facility. Pictures must have been taken from another hotel. There were also ants in the room which we didn't notice until we saw them in our crackers.

We checked out 20 minutes after checking in but we’re refused a refund. The overwhelming cleaning agent odor made us feel I’ll. The other room they showed us was the same so we left to find another hotel.

The towels where all dirty and the room was in urgent need of renovation. The advertised gym wasn't available at all.

The staff wasn’t friendly, the room smelled like cat urine, the door handle came off the main door, couldn’t get towels when we needed them, never cleaned the room in 4 days, had a hard time even getting Toilet paper. the tub didn’t drain and water came up through the floor when it rained. The main lobby sure smelled and looked good though. Baymont should be ashamed of their self’s. I didn’t take pictures cause I usually don’t complain, I just never return.
