Within driving or walking distance to great places to shop or eat. Very clean! The housekeeping staff go above and beyond. Always cleaning glass or sweeping.
Didn’t like they didn’t accept cash payment for room but I guess I’m old school

Everything was nice. The offered bottled water upon arrival. There were 2 elevators and they both worked. The room was clean and the bed slept wonderfully. The breakfast bar was excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay here.

Loved Tom. He was so polite and helpful. He thought of things we would need before we did. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable about Huntsvile. The suite was great and we planning more girls trips and will stay there!

Bathroom pocket door would not line up to latch. So it never would completely close.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect. Such a luxury to be able to walk right out of your hotel to restaurants in a park like setting…very tranquil.

The front desk staff were the friendliest group I’ve ever met at a hotel. The breakfast was great!
We had a little issue with the pull out bed being dirty in our room.

The breakfast was very good each morning we were there.
The street noise was pretty bad but I know the hotel can not control that. There were little kids that kept knocking on my door the second morning we were there and the parents did nothing to stop them. That is also not the hotel's fault... just bad parenting !

The property was very clean. The breakfast was great and the night manager was very accommodating, especially since we arrive at midnight.
The morning desk worker question my husband and 2 sons multiple times accusing them of sneaking in for breakfast.

The bed was comfortable the pillows are green, and the shower was amazing

The pool wasn’t heated and not as big as expected. Was hoping an indoor pool would’ve been better option. 3 and 4 foot depth would be good mainly for kids.

The bathroom toilet it too low....there know hand rail to pull up.. .. the water dripoed in the tub and sink the entire time. I forgot mention it when I checked out. ...but overall it's a nice hotel.
