The way they handle beach chairs is not very convenient, you need to wait for them to bring them to the beach, often they cannot bring all the chairs… so you’re there on the beach without umbrella. it’s super pricey for what it is. The pool is mini, the hotel is like a motel, and it’s a 20mins walk from all the restaurants

Icone is a great place to stay in Cape May; I highly reommend this hotel!

The Icona is beautiful! Updated very nicely. Our room and bath were super clean; the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The bed was extremely comfortable. The Icona is a little north on the beaten path, so it was quiet and relaxing. The pool was small but enough for the people who were using it; it was clean and lots of lounge chairs were available poolside. There were only 36 parking spots for 52 rooms, but once you parked you did not have to move your car again. The shuttle service took you ANYWHERE you wanted to go in Cape May and picked you up when you were ready to return to the hotel. John and Anthony, the shuttle drivers, were friendly, courteous, and great tour guides. Fabulous!

I would have liked a bar or cafe on the property but there really is no room. The pool towels were a little small.

on the beach, beautiful, comfortable, clean and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

it was clean, the parking was convenient, the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. we would definitely come back. it was nice they had an elevator as I was having knee issues.

Life is a beach at ICONA

Staff was exceptional, even showing me how to make in-room coffee. Interior decorating was impressive. Loved the pull up drapes.

Would’ve been nice to have free water bottles.

The Icona was very nice, love the heated pool.

The room was very clean and it was ready when we arrived 3 hours prior to check-in and they allowed us one extra hour on check-out day. The front desk staff was VERY friendly and always there to help if necessary. The Shuttle drivers were FANTASTIC! They were Always available and offered help and great suggestions. The other staff was also always ready to help us with chairs at the beach or anything else we needed. Having the heated pool open was great!

The parking could be tight so we did not want to move our car because we preferred to keep it in the parking lot of hotel as opposed to on the street.

Other than the glitch at check-in the remainder of our stay was wonderful.

Loved the close proximity to the beach. I also mentioned to the front desk it was our anniversary and upon checking in there was a bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room. Make a great first impression!

When we checked in there was a mix up with our reservation and it was filed under my first name instead of my last name. Made for a few tense moments and the person checking me in said I must be at the wrong hotel.

Great weekend with the family.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Clean rooms. Good location. Walking distance to a lot of shops. Great weekend!

After another $400 to get a room we could actually breath in, it was still below our expectations.

What breakfast? A Tiny cup of coffee?

The room we thought was going to be luxurious was a oversized closet. We had to pay an extra $400 to get a better room. Bait and switch.

We enjoyed every relaxing moment.

We really liked the complimentary shuttle around town. location across the street from the beach, was also very enjoyable. Employees were well trained in how to make the customer happy.

I did enjoy my stay very much so at Icona.

I really liked the staff at Icona, they were very friendly and helpful all the time. The atmosphere was like family. The room was very clean and bright.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast, and there were no beach towels available, and no umbrellas.
