Дама при заезде была невежлива. Мне показалось даже ее присутствие на рецепш негармоничным по отношению ко всему остальному на высоком уровне в отеле.

Can't wait to stay again!

As soon as you are greeted by the door staff you feel welcomed. They helped with our bags and the check in staff were just as friendly. We got in before check in time and our room was ready to go to straight away. I booked the premier king room with an ocean view and it was spectacular I ended up staying an extra night as I didn't want to leave. Loved the layout of the room, the styling was luxurious and ambient with easy to turn on and off lighting settings. I particularly loved the relax mode. The bed was so comfy and loved watching the sunset over the ocean and waking up to it too. I did not get a chance to use the jacuzzi but that area was a great part of the hotel where you could sun tan or enjoy a warm spa on a cold night. Cannot wait to come and stay again soon!

Hard to fault but the only hiccup was the elevator being broken on the day we were checking out, this meant we had to wait a long time and we were all crowded into the one lift. The gym is also very small but I preferred walking to the beach and around the beautiful surrounds.

An exceptional hotel in a lovely area of Santa Monica - highly recommended.

The Huntley Santa Monica is an exceptional hotel. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, with very comfortable beds, and beach view from our room was lovely. The hotel is set in a leafy, quiet street close to the beach. We appreciated the use of the hotels bikes to sightsee in the area. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stylish, boutique-like hotel in center of Santa Monica

Stylish, boutique-like hotel in the middle of Santa Monica. Very well-decorated rooms and common facilities. The bathroom was very nice and the beds were excellent. Did not eat in the top-floor restaurant but the view was very nice. Convenient walk to the 3rd St. promenade and lovely 2nd St. farmers market. Santa Monica Pier is within walking distance. The front desk staff was very nice and hospitable.

Parking was a little expensive but probably competitive with most hotels in this area.

Beautiful room with a stunning view. Wonderful staff. Excellent food.

Beautiful, stylish room. Excellent view of Santa Monica and the ocean. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was very good for breakfast, sunset drinks and dinner.

No complaints. It was all good.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and a central location.

Great location in the heart of Santa Monica. Beautiful hotel with lovely sea view room - very clean and lovely toiletries. Great rooftop bar with lovely cocktails (we didn’t eat there so cannot comment). Complimentary bikes were a bonus, although tricky without handlebar brakes - pedalling backwards to brake too some getting used to so be warned! A lovely hotel and would definitely recommend.

Great stay, high price

The location was great, the room was very luxurious and clean and the staff was friendly.

The price was quite high and in addition there is an extra 55 dollar charge for the parking which is a lot of money for a daily parking. Also, the price does not include breakfast.

I liked especially the room and the location . I received un upgrade on arrival ( thank you ) . the room was always refilled with coffee and water . Internet speed is good . In general staff is friendly and immediately available on call.

I had no particular issue during my stay . I find a bit too expensive the valet parking rate. However parking service and personnel is efficient and friendly .

The room was very large and luxurious. A close walk to Santa Monica Pier. Kids enjoyed complimentary bikes.

We had a city view room, but being on a low floor we had a view to the side of the building next door. The picture didn't accurately reflect the room we were given.

Great staff and location. Did compensate us for the rave keeping us up situation.

A private rave on the rooftop venue kept us awake till 2am. Should have been told at checkin so could have opted for a lower floor.

Over priced and the reception is rude and they charged me twice in there breakfast restaurant but i asked them to double check and fixed it .

Location, close to the beach. Roof top restaurant /bar. Services like rides and bikes rentals. Staff members were very kind and helpful.

Renovation going on, we were on the 16th floor, not sure what was happening in the room above us but loud/ thumping noises early every morning made it hard to sleep. Room had a side window, my daughter moved the curtain to look out and the curtain fell on her. No housekeeping service for the 3 days we were there, no one comes in to refill anything/remove trash, provide towels/clean bed sheets. When the curtain fell, I asked front desk to fix it and if they could tidy up our room while they are in there, not done. Just curtain placed back up. I’m sorry, 1600 dollars for three nights, I expect better, and I shouldn’t even have to call and ask for those services.

Wonderful!

We loved everything about our stay at the Huntley. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel like we were staying in a home away from home. The hotel is stunning, with a classic design and modern interior. Our room on the 15th floor was spacious and luxurious, with a very comfortable king sized bed, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and views of the ocean and city. The Huntley has a great location. We walked to the beach, Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade. A house car with driver is available and complimentary. A very nice feature which we utilized. We experienced outstanding service from entire staff.

Favorite hotel in Santa Monica

One of my favorite hotel when I'm in Santa Monica. Perfectly well located near beach and downtown. The rooms are top, the restaurant on the highest floor is a must.

At rush hours, might be long to wait for the elevator.
