Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Could use a little more stable bench in the weight room, but I only mention this because I had to say something

Powerful smelling air freshener in hallways and stairways like it was covering up something unpleasant. Weird garbage smell in breakfast area even later in day after breakfast was long over. Weird hotel layout.

Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Value...while I recognize my stay was in prime time for the area, the cost for 2-nights stay in a nice but far from high end hotel was a bitter pill.

Did not eat breakfast
We have stayed at comfort inn & suites many times and one reason was the very soft bed but this time, the bed was uncomfortably hard. I think you changed mattresses a couple yrs ago. Also there was soil under the toilet seat. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was more than I had expected. There was a good variety.
There was hair in the bathtub and stuck to the tile surrounding the tub. The walls were paper thin. You could hear other guests talking and knocking on doors in the night. They weren't talking loudly, just normal.
