Property was nice

Checkin and checkout Checkin was not given the room that I booked until I said something and the room was changed after keys were issued. Checkout breakfast was charged when it was included in the rate which I had to explain. It was the taken off and I thought this would happen since I didn’t express checkout.

Everything thing was good but the house cleaning. We did not have our room cleaned the first day, seconds day no coffee or cups were replenished, third day we did not get towels and coffee again.

The hotel is fantastic. The bay view is wonderful! Nice room, the breakfast buffet is exceptional! We'll be back for sure!

I did enjoy the buffet style and restaurant style option to eating. I do wish there were payment options that included breakfast charges. I also thoroughly enjoyed the cabana suites and the hotel option. I felt like a I was on vacation.

pool was closed and nowhere on the website was mentioned . it’s summer time in Florida !!! they have an real small additional pool where you need to take. shuttle to get there . I called and asked if there was EV charger , once I arrived valet informed that there was non … really !!!

Did not know walls were being painted on entire bedroom floor App didn’t work for breakfast so waiting an hour and then had to call downstairs Carpet looks old

The location is good.

The hotel is under remodeling but still charges top pricing. The walls on my floor were unfinished. There was dust all over, and the pool was destroyed with a bunch of debris around. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay the top price to stay in a non operational and unfinished hotel. I don't recommend it until they fix all of these issues.

The ocean view was nice.

I didn’t like the fact the Grand Hyatt didn’t have a spa and that the rooms were so plain for a Hyatt reputation . I’ve stayed in the Hyatt in San Francisco for a little cheaper and the amenities and size of the room was much better. for the price is just was not worth it to me. I have even stayed in Las Vegas high end hotels that look better and we’re price less than this particular location.

The size and comfort of the room

All the construction, the pool under construction, my hallway was under construction. With that big of a hotel I think you could do your construction one for the time when you did not have customers on the same floor mat you could have done your construction to your pool during colder months.

Hotel staff were very welcoming. Restaurants were great. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the accessibility of the hotel is poorly thought out. As a wheelchair user I could not access the front of the hotel independently. The hoist for the pool had not been maintained, the automatic door to the rear of the hotel didn't work and I couldn't reach the shower products which were attached on the shower wall away from the shower bench.

IWe didn't eat breakfast.

We was supposed to been on a higher level.But according to the front desk attendant.A problem occured.The day before.So we had to settle for another room.Which had ants I'n the bathroom and around the nite stand😠
