Large, spacious room at a great value!

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is small but heated and enjoyable to swim in. They served one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had in AZ. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.

It was a great stay from check-in to check-out!!

Good breakfast choices! Breakfast staff made sure that all items were fresh and hot as necessary. Tables and serving counters were always clean. We ended up staying for 2 nights because of road closures for our travel and the staff was very accommodating! Everyone was very friendly from check-in to check-out.

I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons.

Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen cook to housekeeping was so accommodating and friendly. The morning buffet included was excellent.

Everything was perfect......no changes!

The front desk was very nice checking in and when we had to call to let them know the sheets were dirty and never changed from the prior.

Stain and dirty sheets. After being at a Wedding all afternoon we pulled back the sheets to messed on sheets. When we called the front desk and asked if someone could change them we were told no, that he was the only one on staff. Brought clean sheets and took pictures. Never heard anything else.

Close location to city center was good. The breakfast provided was very good for a Best Western.

The guest washing machine (30 years old) was broken. My room did not get serviced over a two night stay. when I inquired with the front desk as to why it was not cleaned I was told that had to request my room to be service each day?

Good Motel for Family Wedding

Room was clean, convenient but expensive, which I understand...I guess. Breakfast was included.

A little far from our activities for the weekend and no maid service but they did bring us clean towels when requested.
