It was convenient to our operations in Santa Barbara (several facilities near downtown) and for dining and a movie. The bed was comfortable (nether too stiff nor too soft), and the temperature controls were easy to adjust and understand. Parking was convenient to the room ,m which during a downpour was appreciated.

The room did have a bathroom fan issue - the bearing was apparently burnt out. With the motion sensor control, it was jarring when you went into the bathroom. We used the sink area light, and had to keep the door open as having the inside light was not an option due to the fan. The desk clerk was not really that friendly upon check in or check out, just handing us the key and appearing disgruntled when returning the key.

it was comfortable, clean, and had a TV and microwave and fridge.

We were placed next to the laundry room so it was banging against our wall, but fortunately it stopped around 9:30PM.

The bed was so comfortable! I didn't want to get up, felt like home. The jet tub was nice also.

The walls and doors need repair, and the sink smelled. The curtains were dirty, as well. The room was incredibly overpriced. We will not choose this motel again.

Room was very small and crowded, very difficult for two adults to maneuver around. Location too far away from main sightseeing areas to walk. Request when booking not honoured. Do not recommend this motel.

How close it was to the city

As soon as we walked into our room there was a bad smell, as well as hair everywhere. on the bed sheets, toilet & sink. I’m very disappointed.

the air conditioner in the room kept shutting off and we were stuffy. the room was dumpy; floor was nicked and old. the bathroom door had h the linens are old and gray-linens stained.
