The location.

The room was quite small for $500 a night. There is a kitchenette in the bathroom. in all my years of travel, that’s the first time I’ve ever seen that! The staff were quite cold and unfriendly, not like you’d expect at a ‘luxury resort’.

The van driver was super great! Nice to talk to and super helpful. He made our stay so much better!

We were very disappointed to have a room that faced an electrical transformer and construction site. We weren’t able to change rooms.

Location is awesome. Can walk to the lift.

The room had just one Murphy bed. Description said one king and Murphy. For 3 it was very small and extra bed was uncomfortable. No lunch options. Only one restaurant. Breakfast option is only buffet. No room service.

this hotel completely mis represented their listing.. despite saying they are under “renvoations” they didn’t mention that when you book the most expensive 1 bedroom suite there will be 6 workers directly outside of your window making it uncomfortable for you to hang out and change and feel like at home. the forgot to mention that when you use their “sister” property you have to undergo a marathon of obstacles to use their amenities. you need to bring you own robe and go on a 8 min walk in the winter to go to the pool.there is no instruction where to check in and how to access amenities . to use the spa facilities you need to spend atleast $100 at the spa. I mean what the hell are you paying resort fees for. not to mention. we spent over 3k on the store. over $5400 in reservation. and booked a spa massage during our check out. we asked for late check out and a very rude front desk manager wouldn’t accompany us. I would never ever recommend this place. in fact I’d like a full refund immediately.
