Disappointed that they were unable to bring us a microwave and a broken fridge.. Otherwise OK.

The room was comfortable and the shower was hot.

There was no microwave and the fridge didn't work. We called for a replacement microwave and they said they didn't have any and would have to move us rooms. We would have to pack up and move to the other side of the property. We had brought cold pizza for dinner so we ended up eating it cold. When booking the room I checked to make sure there was a microwave and fridge.

Stained sheets

I liked that it was a remodeled room.

First of all the girl that checked me in didn't even smile once and was not a nice person. I was so tired when I checked in that I took a shower and went to bed then in the morning when I lifted all the blankets off, and I noticed stains all over the sheets. I was shocked at what I had seen! I just slept in that bed, too!! I know sheets have stains sometimes, but these looked like fresh stains.. It was like if the sheets had never even gotten changed from the last occupancy... It looked like blood stains, too, to top it off!! I'm so grossed out!! Unbelievable!!

Won't stay there again.

Convenient to where we were going for a concert.

No air conditioning, no tv remote, one side of the drawer handle fell off. Some trash in the trash can.

I got what I paid for

Room way adequate, breakfast lady was awesome, food was basic and ad expected for the price, parking lot was simply a mess, trash all over, weeds everywhere, sme leaking water on sidewalks that smelled like sewage.

Straight trash

My son stepped on 3 rusted nails sticking out of the floor were the carpet meets tile. He’s 2 dose not has a tetanus shot! And the damn office has no medical emergency first aid not even a bandaid or gause. They had nothing to give me to sterilize the wound

Nothing. Substandard .

Frontbdesk staff need help be trained for PR type of work. Door dead bolt was not working. two lights were not working. Nobody on site to fix ! Arrived on a hot day. There is NO cold drinking water available, even to buy.

Still have not yet returned my deposit from the last day or the most recent stay and also overcharged my card an extra $300 when it was put back however we took the deposit back and said they will fix the problem but has not yet to fix the problem now I miss seeing a deposit from the last state in this today which is $200 upset and still have not got in touch with hotel management after calling three times in one week they keep telling he will call back and say he is busy so have to dispute with my credit card but extra $200 for deposit one from last time one from this time the breakfast is not what it says also when I realized when I was checking out at the front desk when he was so called fixing the problem I had realized that I forgot my brand new all black Nike shoes that I just bought for my security guard company because I do security and I need a new all black shoes he didn't allow me to go back in and it was only 10 minutes after the fact so now I'm out of 100 and 40 bucks for the shoe

The staff was okay Steph are you with each other in front of guest manager yelling at housekeeper in front of guest went to the store and got a few items was putting my items away had like a two to three minute Paws to go pee came out of the hotel the rest of my bags were already going that fast made it to play to the office and manager didn't say or do anything or even call back and was considered busy every every time when asked to speak to him

I actually like everything about the property. I enjoy it. I’ve stayed here multiple times I prefer this hotel over any hotels in the area very clean and affordable

I had an incident where I booked, checked in stayed overnight booked again the next day and paid at the front desk left all day slept in the room woke up again the next day, which would’ve been the third night of me paying, but when I went to go extend my day and pay again for a third night. I was told I didn’t pay for the night before which I did because I went up there and paid myself and sign the receipt also have proof of payment in my mobile app through my bank. I would have stayed for three days but only stayed for two nights I ended up checking out because you’re very rude. Employee stated I didn’t pay the night before, but was in the room all day and slept over night

Very dirty, but everything else was nice.

The staff was wonderful!! Not only were they accommodating, but friendly and I genuinely enjoyed talking to them. The breakfast was out early and smelled delicious. The parking was plentiful and there are lots of places to eat nearby. It is right next to the freeway so conveniently located.

The first room we got was not clean at all. The floors had not been vacuumed, the table was filthy and there was hair on every inch of the room. The shower was also covered in hair. The walls were filthy, especially around door handles and above the bed frame. When I asked for a different room the lady who helped us was kind and helpful. The second room was not much different. The shower had less hair and the table was cleaner. The beds were clean. The tv however was stuck on the menu option and the remote only worked to turn it on or off. Quite a few people were yelling throughout the night as well, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Served it’s purpose a quick and cheap night stay, but I would never stay again. I’d spend a bit more money for a cleane

Staff was great and super helpful. Bed seemed clean

Rooms are very small and dated. Stains all over old teal carpet, several cracks in tile in bathroom, and there was a wet rag left in counter in bathroom upon arrival.
