I will never be staying at this hotel again and they should not be recommend to others.
This was the crappiest hotel experience I have EVER had!!!! The hotel staff was the worst! They charged me extra charges with no refund and 15 minutes into my stay I had to book another hotel at redroof in just so I could get out of that terrible situation. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
Everything could have been better, but if I had to focus on one thing it would be the horrible attitude of the staff. She immediately scolded me for ringing the bell at the door even though it says to ring the bell for service. Then she proceeds to steal my money 2 minutes later.

Bad
The front desk staff was very nice, the entrance seemed cleaned. The hallways had a nice smell not sure it was the mask the oders
Horrible place, not worth the stay disgusting beds, dirty rooms. I always check my bed at every hotel I'm disgusted with what I saw, it looked like it was a huge blood stain almost with of the bed by the head.. mattress was probably 15+ years old. I ended up leaving 30mins after arriving, didn't even bother to fight for a refund.. don't stay here

Pleasant Stay
The staff were very friendly, especially Hedy(?) working breakfast, she was exceptionally sweet, she explained why there was no hot breakfast without us even inquiring. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and had efficient covering and pillows! The AC was nice and cold and set to the lowest temp when we arrived so the room was nice and cool! The room was spacious! The front door locked at a certain time at night and you had to use your key to gain access to the inside, that was a nice safety feature! We didn't have any problems during our stay with anything!
The hotel was only accessible through the front door, there was no other entry, not even another secure entry. The hotel still advertises a free hot breakfast. In order to have a hot breakfast, you have to microwave the frozen sausage or egg and cheese biscuits. Besides that there are packaged granola bars, cereal bars, muffins, yogurt, bananas, oatmeal, and cereal with milk, juice, water, coffee, and tea options. The parking was a little inconvenient if the lot filled. The only place that we could find to park was the back of the hotel (entry was in the front so we had to walk around the entire hotel to gain entry) or in an area with a sign that says "Prone to flooding, Park at your own risk).

It was not a pleasant experience, and we would like to be compensated in some way.
The first front desk manager (Leah), was very nice very thoughtful and repeatedly made apologies for our inconvenience. The rooms were very clean, and at first glance, were very accommodating.
There was no Wi-Fi in the first room, and I missed an important meeting. Toilet starting leaking and we had to use all our towels to lay on the bathroom floor. Leah found us another room, and we had to vacate the first room in the middle of the night after we had already gone to bed. Mgr at check out was very rude. 2nd room was great. Overall the stay was great.
The staff was super friendly. It smell very good as u enter the hall way towards the 1st floor.
The comforter looks like it hadn't been changed, and the shower still had pubic hair of some sort left in the shower. I was accommodated and everything was good afterwards.
