Comfortable and quiet

Bed was comfortable, it was quiet, nice towels.

Outside and common areas could be cleaner. Breakfast was pretty sparse.

It was for one night, we weren't expecting a lot but at least cleanliness and functionality.

Parking was easy, close to the front door, finding our room was easy. My teenager liked the waffle she ate there.

The bathroom looked old and in need of updating. The shower is wheel chair accessible, there is a rubbery ridge on the floor along the edge of the shower and the hotel needs to allow extra bath mats to soak up the water that naturally gets all over the floor. The vent in the bathroom is very loud, which can be a plus, but it didn't seem to actually vent shower steam or smells. We had to open the window and learned the lock on the frame and its counterpart on the movable portion did not line up properly and to actually engage the lock mechanism the window was open maybe 2 mm. The pillows were lumpy. At least two small areas of the carpet had something extremely sticky.

Good choice!

The bed was pretty comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I really appreciated that there was an elevator!

The air in the hallways was rather stagnant and stuffy. The location although right off the freeway was not very close to any restaurants, for dinner

Breakfast was exceptional! Beds were very comfortable. Possible stay extension was nicely worked out.

Facility showed its age. Woodwork needed repainting.

We got snowed in and were able to add on another night. The staff was excellent in helping us find a food delivery for dinner and calming my nerves. The next day the weather cleared and we were on our way. Our favorite place to stay in Ashland

Disappointing

Convenience off the freeway.

1. TV didn't work, advised how to turn on and then couldn't change channel, husband figured sensor had been removed from front of TV so we could use it. 2. Bathroom basin faucet broken, no hot water. 3. Ice machine near room leaked, mgmt (?) placed towels but tile floor was puddled, very dangerous and cleaning staff walked by without cleaning excess water from floor. 4. Bathroom door looked like it had been clawed by a bear or very large dog, tacky!!

The grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

it was disgusting. the room wasn’t cleaned, none of the amenities described where there (only one plate and a small dish in the kitchen, someone’s old food left in the cabinets). the space smelled bad, felt unsafe, was dank, damp and foul. the sweet guy at the front desk was apologetic and told us we actually had the nicest room in the place). I got an extra sheet to cover the sofa because I was afraid of what might be on it.

We won’t stay there again.

The breakfast was good.

The room was across from the breakfast area, so we could hear every chair, waffle made and conversation. The room smelled like urine and the smell gave me a migraine. The pool needs maintenance and the hot tub also smelled like urine. The location was ok but not ideal for families wanted to walk around Ashland.

I liked the floor plan of the King suite.

I was traveling with a person in a wheelchair. The pool and hot tub are not handicapped accessible. It put a damper on our stay.
