Wir hatten zu dritt zwei Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke. Klasse Aussicht. Zwei Bäder. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.

The housekeeping was excellent over our five days. The staff was attentive and professional. The value was excellent.

The pool was cold according to my son.

We were traveling to The Mall of America, the distance was only 7min. The property itself is an older property but it’s kept as clean as possible for being older. No bugs or anything like that! The beds we’re comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

The property was kept as clean as possible, there were signs of wear and tear like carpet dirt and walls wearing in spots. But they did their best to keep it as clean as possible you can tell that! Breakfast in the morning you have to go down early or they would run short!

The breakfast is fantastic it’s just a suggestion please maybe they chance the menu once in a while sometimes the same food makes you lost your appetite but everything is excellent

Nice large room. Good exercise room. Lots of parking. Easy access to airport and much of the Twin Cities. Staff was accommodating.

Breakfast is horrendous--eggs were rubbery, everything had lots of sugar. One treadmill didn't work.

Would be nice if coffee were available all day . I was unhappy that I was put beside or around a family. They kept their tv on all night, and allowed their door to slam multiple times throughout the evening. It was frustrating. I wish I had asked to be moved. You can hear pretty much everything through the walls and door. The mattress needs to be changed. New mattress needed. It sinks in where you sleep. Both of the beds did the same thing. Again, I wish I had said something but I was all unpacked and didn’t want to move. I also had the handicap room, so my hanging cloths were lying on the floor at the closet. I also wish the rooms had safes.

my room had bed bugs. I informed the staff and requested a refund that they said they would do. I have not received my refund and management was to contact me to resolve the issue and they have not. I am very upset and disgusted by what I had to endure and very disappointed with management for not taking this issue seriously.

Many choices for breakfast Dining area floor and floor around waffle station were very sticky.

Pool was cloudy and the ceiling was leaking into pool

location was close to mall, but parking lot was a disaster. pretty sure my car window got a crack from hitting multiple potholes

also sure my son got bed bugs

I wish the shuttle could’ve taken us at 6:30a instead of 6 so we could try breakfast, but they said they only go every hour.

The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was perfect for my kids and I. Rooms were clean and loved the dove soap in the bathroom.

Disappointed the hot tub was out of order, but understand that things happen. One HUGE downfall was the slamming of other doors. All...night....long.... but I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else if I went to Minneapolis again.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Internet speed was very good. Options to order food to the room from the places around the hotel. We booked several rooms, and the staff helped to accommodate our needs with ease.

The room size and the bed sizes were smaller than expected. Breakfast varieties were much less, and sometimes they are out of certain options, and they don't supply it again. The rooms are not cleaned every day unless we ask, and sometimes we ask, but still not cleaned or towels changed, later the reception staff fixed this issue and follow it on a daily basis. The pool is small, and the hottub was not working. The carpets in the corridors were not very clean

Rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is around 10 minutes' drive to MOA. Price is reasonable. There was a very helpful staff member. She was always trying to help with any lacking service.

Breakfast most of the time lacking variety, and before the end of the breakfast time, they remove everything and not providing any missing item. Housekeeping service is done every 3 days (according to reception staff), and if needed before, then we need to ask it from the reception. The hot tub wasn't working during the whole stay 9 days.

Update the wed site about the rooms we ended up checking out early . The kids got sick off the breakfast food not sure if it was cooked all the way

Staff tried to get us to the airport but the shuttle got stuck in big blizzard snowstorm icy road

Sadly staff could not locate the keys to the other shuttle and we ended up uber to the airport...whole reason we booked was so we could get to the airport...plus you are not that close to the airport
