Passable

Property did not have elevators. As senior citizens, we do not require an ADA room, however, we are unable to carry luggage upstairs. It should be very specific upon making a reservation if a hotel does not have an elevator if that’s the case we would request a first floor room. Also, beds were not comfortable.

Overall a positive experience.

Nice property, a little dated but staff was awesome and was a good stopping off point during our trip. If you're considering a stop along I-80 in Rock Springs/Green River or Rawlins definitely stay here or elsewhere in this area. Don't go to Rawlins...it's terrible.

The staff was great. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was really good.

The dog exercise area was pitiful. It only had dirt.

Not a bad place to be stranded.

Staff was great- Phoenix, Lana, Felix, Nick, and Teresa. All friendly and a big help during our time of being stranded. Room was good and comfortable.

Exceptional and more like a 3-4 star hotel, would stay again

I was not expecting much from a 2 star hotel but this one was honestly better than some of the 4 star ones I stayed at. I booked it last minute after they closed all roads due to a snowstorm. This hotel has hardwood floors (so much better than a carpet)! The bathroom was very clean and it might have been remodeled or maybe it was just so clean it appeared new, especially the bathtub. The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good too no fruit or vegetables but I was not expecting that anyway and was happy with the pancakes I made. Overall I was very impressed and wanted to write a review because ithe hotel exceeded my expectations.

Exceptional

We were here over the Christmas Holiday and they served breakfast Christmas morning! The rooms are clean and comfy. Bathroom clean and well stocked. I stay here all the time, because the people are wonderful!!

Conveniently underwhelming

The price was too high for what it was Hypocritical rules seemed unnecessary. Signing of a dog waiver and a dirt patch is not dog friendly. Non smoking property yet they have smoking areas.

I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly, she even upgraded our room at no charge. The room was very clean. The bathroom had a spacious and elegant feeling. the room also had a good quality flat screen tv and large mini fridge. There were two places to take my dogs out, one right outside my room and the other behind the hotel, both very accessible. The area has many great places to eat that are very close and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was good, decent breakfast , friendly staff. Issue with pet odor.

Our cloth suitcases that were sat near the TV cabinet on the floor picked up a odor of cat spray/urine during our stay . I spoke to the manager who advised he went to the room and checked it out but didn’t report any issue . The smell from the bags was so pungent that we discarded the suitcases along our road trip travels .
