Das war ein toller Aufenthalt in dem sehr zentral gelegenen Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Bett, ordentliche Dusche, perfekte Lage

War etwas laut, der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein für die Zahl der Gäste (Gedränge, kein Tisch frei)

Good value for a family seeking a basic, clean central hotel that includes breakfast

It’s very central and clean, breakfast was fine and a real plus verses other comparable hotels, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view!!

Tired interior throughout, badly needs redecorating, sofa bed was long passed it’s best.

Personal muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Ubicación espectacular, cerca de est. De metro y sector céntrico.

Desayuno todo envasado, aseo de habitaciones cada 3 días, no retiraban toallas ni basura. No tenían lugar agradable en lobby.. ambiente muy frío. azotea sin mesas ni sillas para disfrutar la vista en altura. Mal aprovechado el espacio. AFUERA, tampoco había lugar para sentarse, hay espacio y también está desaprovechado.

I had a lovely stay, beautiful room, amazing modern bathroom, and friendly staff!

I loved the room & the view from the room. I had specifically booked a 'higher floor' room, and that's exactly what I got! Floor 25 out of 26, which had a great view - and going one floor up had a view the other direction of the Empire State Building from the terrace.

The lifts are very slow in the morning. There's only two fairly small elevators, and being on one of the top floors meant I had to wait a long time. The longest I waited for one (without it already being full) was 15 mins. That is a bit too long, to be honest.

Ótimo custo-benefício! O quarto é pequeno, como a maioria em Nova York, mas confortável. A localização é maravilhosa, perto de estações de metrô e de muitas atrações turísticas. Café da manhã bom, com o básico necessário. Recomendo!

Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel in Manhattan mit hervorragendem Frühstück und freundlichem Personal.

Das Hotel, in dem ich bereits mehrmals übernachtet habe, liegt zentral am Herald Square. Direkt vor der Tür befindet man sich im Herzen von Manhattan. Nur eine Straße weiter steht das Empire State Building. Besonders schätze ich an der Lage die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, mit Bus und Bahn in alle Richtungen zu reisen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet: Es gibt Toast, Bagels, Obst, Müsli, Eier, Hash Browns, Bacon, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee und vieles mehr. Meist findet man auch schnell einen Tisch, was einem täglich einige Dollar spart. Für den Fall, dass man das Frühstück verpasst, gibt es direkt nebenan einen Bagel-Laden. Dort erhält man für einen fairen Preis ausgezeichneten Kaffee und frische Bagels, die man sich individuell belegen lassen kann, auch mit warmen Zutaten. Das Personal im Hotel ist stets sehr freundlich. Wir buchen immer über die Rezeption einen Shuttle zurück zum Flughafen. Dieser kostet zwischen 80 und 130 Dollar, abhängig von der Anzahl der Personen und dem Gepäckvolumen. Die Abwicklung verläuft stets einwandfrei. Die Bezahlung erfolgt beim Fahrer; dabei kostet die Zahlung mit Kreditkarte mehr als in bar. Wer jedoch bei einem New York-Urlaub hier spart, spart am falschen Ende. Im Keller befindet sich ein Fitnessstudio und auf dem Dach eine wunderbare Dachterrasse mit Blick auf diese beeindruckende Stadt.

Während der Stoßzeiten kann es zu längeren Wartezeiten beim Fahrstuhl kommen. Dies mag auf den ersten Blick als Kritikpunkt erscheinen, doch ist es im Grunde ein Luxusproblem. Das Hotel verfügt lediglich über zwei Fahrstühle, was in den Hauptverkehrszeiten eine gewisse Geduld seitens der Gäste erfordert. Es ist eine Situation, die manchmal ein bisschen Geduld abverlangt, aber im Großen und Ganzen handelt es sich hierbei um eine kleinere Unannehmlichkeit im Vergleich zu den vielen Vorteilen, die das Hotel bietet.

Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch das Frühstück für ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht besonders gut. Wir hatten das Hotel mit Rabatt gebucht (dann lohnt es sich, sofern man eben sparen will bei der Unterkunft) und würden es für den normalen Preis nicht empfehlen, da es dann modernes gibt für den gleichen Preis.

Correcto, excepto por el ruido

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está cerca del metro y puedes llegar andando a muchos sitios de interés. El staff del hotel fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno era correcto, con las cosas normales que uno espera en un buffet.

Muchísimo ruido. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle tienen ventanas correderas y muy finas que no aíslan nada, y se oyen todos los ruidos de la calle, incluso en una planta 14 como estuvimos nosotros. Pedimos un cambio de habitación, y nos movieron a una que daba al callejón trasero, y ahí estaban las máquinas de aire acondicionado del edificio contiguo, que aunque no hacían tanto ruido como los coches al pasar, seguían siendo muy molestas.

Zentrales Hotel in New York, kann man empfehlen

gute Lage 36th, Times Square Empire State Building Rockefeller Center etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Central Park ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Diverse Essensläden in der Nähe (Taco Bell, Shack Shake, Roma Pizza -> empfehlenswert und noch vieles mehr). Genau wie ein CVS für z.b Getränke oder Snacks. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist hört man wenig. Man bekommt aber auch Oropax. Dachterrasse vorhanden mit Blick aufs Empire State Building. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück bietet von Waffeln, Pancakes, French Toast über Toast bis hin zu Bagel, Cornflakes und warmes wie Buletten alles. Säfte, Tee, Kaffee und gefiltertes Wasser.

es gibt nur 2 Fahrstühle und manchmal muss man echt lange warten zum Teil 5-10 Minuten.

Really nice hotel but the wifi isn’t working

Hotel is really good value for the money. Big comfy bed, reasonable size of room, amazing location, there is a lovely view from the top floor terrace straight on the Empire state building, nice breakfast.

Wifi is horrible. It wasn’t working at all. Luckily my partner was able to use his mobile data in the US otherwise it would destroy our whole trip and this is the reason I wouldn’t go for this hotel again.

Location ! Location !

Near the shops, cinemas and restaurants. All the room facilities are present. Breakfadt has good combunations.

No AirPort shuttle. I have spent $101 to go to my hotel via Uber and $63 that I bargained from a yellow taxi back to the AirPort.

Otelin çok eskimiş. Yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Her şey çok eski. Kahvaltıdaki çoğu yiyecek paketlenmiş gıda idi. Oda her gün temizlenmesine rağmen bazı yerler toz içindeydi. Odada terlik yoktu. Otelin bir cafesi, restaurantı, barı yok. Roofta oturulacak bir alan var ama bar ya da cafe yok. Girişte lobyde küçük bir alan var. Koltuklarda yer bulabilirseniz oturup bir şey içebilirsiniz. Bir de sabah kahvaltısı için küçük bir restaurant var. 4 yıldızlı bir otelde doğru düzgün oturup bir şeyler yiyip içecek bir yer olmalı diye düşünüyorum.

Comfortable and fab view

Hotel is near Macys, lots of places to eat near by , breakfast is good in hotel buffet style, best of all we got room with view of Empire state building, it was fab ,staff were efficient, Room cleaned daily , gym in basement

Almost 300 security deposit for room which was taken day before arrival and to be returned on departure. Before I travelled I understood this was first nights payment

It was a short stay, but for the price paid could/should be a little more enjoyable

I didn’t like anything, except for the coffee and fresh whole fruit ( Granny Smith apple, orange and banana).

Most of the items (potatoes, French toast, turkey bacon) were dry with no taste or flavor. Bagels didn’t look fresh, fruit salad looked expired

Great hotel in the heart of Manhatten

Location is perfect, view from the window great as well.

Choice of breakfast can be bigger, but I loved GF bread, eggs and bacon - really perfect. Elevators a bit slow in a rush hour.

Terrible

I was charged twice on my debit card and the property refused to release the pending transaction. They also refused to cooperate with the booking platform and the bank for the same. I do not recommend them. They’re not helpful if there is a problem
