Would definitely come back again. It’s a hotel kind of all in one.

Kristina was so sweet and kind. Me and my husband came for a second honeymoon and she treated us so well. The accommodations were great. Whenever we needed something the staff were so quick to help

The remote didn’t work in our room but they immediately gave us a new one

No even close to what you would expect from a Hyatt Regency branded location

Location was good and both the lobby and bar were what you would expect from a Hyatt property

Rooms, hallways, and common areas were dirty and unkept. The room was outdated and spartan at best. Beds weren’t made properly and housekeeping is every 4th day unless requested. No wonder it’s such a dump.

parking was convenient...location was why we stayed there...good for our purposes...

Bad room....out of all the unoccupied rooms we were given a room with badly "fogged and moldy" glass window...to the point where we kept our drapes closed because it was so unsightly,,,, also the toilet was not properly cleaned when we arrived..

Disappointing

The atmosphere was over all ok

First of all, we were never told that breakfast is not included. I may have missed in the booking but when i did my check in the front desk only told me the breakfast is from 7-11 enjoy it. I did not know it will be extra cost. Also our shower had issues, door was getting jammed. And pool is definitely not what is showen in the photos online. Would we recommend to our friends, at this moment probably not.

Hyatt Regency Chicago/Schaumburg is a Beautiful Welcoming Friendly place to stay and I would encourage anyone going

the Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. upon check-in we we treated so warmly and with a big smile and a positive attitude! I was so impressed with his professionalism yet warm welcoming. The bartenders I had were so welcoming and friendly and engaged me in just the right amount of conversation. We will definitely be back. We had the executive suite and the room is spectacular and well worth it.

There was a slight problem but it was admittedly addressed and handled spectacularly by the Front Desk.

it’s beautiful and there is a lot to do around the area and in the hotel itself

just our door was a little weird it felt like the door handle was not working correctly

The bathroom was a little small and when using showering the water kept splashing out. other than that no complaints

Convenient stay for a local family wedding.

location, rental car available, fast elevators

shower was unsafe with tile floor and no mat. Bathroom too small, little closet space.

The pool was broken out of order you couldn't go in any of the outer sitting areas everything was closed off

great location. rooms need some updates

it was close to restaurants and shopping

the bathroom were the worst. small, outdated and no fan in the bathroom. when you took shower gosh was humid. you could hear your Neigbor taking a shower or flushing a toilet 2 am.
