The bed was not the most comfortable

Perfect location to walk to places. The staff was very nice.

The bathroom door is huge and you have to basically dance with it to get out.

Everything as usual. Really love the upgrade to the court at the Annex. Corn hole and heaters.

When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and all the details on all the places we might be interested in seeing or doing while on the island. He knows his stuff!! he was awesome!!!!! The newly renovated rooms with a balcony are great!! We upgraded to this room on arrival & Im glad we did! The Dunes was a peaceful and the location was convenient to everything!!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

it is a simple property which is honestly refreshing. you have everything you need. Clean- comfy beds with a clean bathroom. pool was nice and watched staff clean and check it everyday! The location was really amazing! ice cream right next door, tons of shops and restaurants less than a block away! Would definitely frequent this hotel again!

I wish a larger fridge was available so it allowed some foods to be stored for things like sandwiches and snacks, but that’s not expected in a standard room and wouldn’t take anything away from this stay.

We love the location and the proximity to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. I had a special request concerning parking and was accommodated with a smile. Great customer service by the front desk staff (Joy especially)

We were in Room 107 and the water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower left much to be desired. Otherwise, we had a great stay with no complaints. . . Oh, except that when we got there the room didn't feel cool at all. The hubs cleaned the filters in the AC and solved the problem. They're like everyone, short staffed, so I'm sure that's why they needed to be cleaned.

The T. V didn't work.... The dryer didn't stay on the wall then even after we where charged a fee when we did half their job for them....

No place to wash the sand off

Had to drive to far for a restaurant that was name brand like chick fil a Popeyes

Great directions... I'm always getting lost! Very friendly and gracious. Had to bring additional fur babies at the last minute...no problem.
