Great Stay Close to Airport

Great staff, good breakfast, convenient location close to airport.

Bummer that the pool was closed, the TV WiFi cut out.

Great place to stay with kids.

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable, quiet room. Excellent breakfast options. Felt very safe for families.

Pool was out of commission.

The sofa bed mattress was in.poor condition. You could feel the springs through it and there was no bedding for it in the room. The pool was cold.

Great stay

Decor was nice, beds were great. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a good size. Shuttle was friendly and on time.

There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was hair in the tub. The carpet had pieces of things on the floor. If it had been vacuumed it was only down the middle of the floor. I have never experienced this with Comfort Suites-that is why I always stay with them!

Poor customer relations: Failure to acknowledge or respond to three pre-stay messages / requests about our late evening arrival and check-in. It was fair but not to great.

The property was nice ,and the people were nice enough even though I thought that they may need more training to be able to preform there job .

Book room hoping to be able to take a swim but the pool was way to cold.

Airport shuttle 24/7 Friendly staff Quick check-in and out Cost reasonable

Room ac is not keeping room cool Tub drainstop not operating Noise from highway and airport during the night Train tracks next to hotel wete not guarded with a rr crossing sign, light, or bar. Almost collided on Uber leaving hotel for day trip!! Hotel does not accept vouchers from American Airlines after extra night needed due to plane delay.

Great, comfortable stay. My kids were treated very well!

Great breakfast with lots of variety; my kids had an amazing time making their own waffles and my toddler with several allergies was still able to find plenty to eat. The location was very convenient. Close to most of the city.

The parking lot had not been well attended to and with all the warm, sunny weather, there were several VERY large ice potholes. To the point that we avoided any additional outings after check-in due to not wanting to risk damaging my vehicle by hitting a deep drop off.

This was a last minute reservation at a hotel we had never stayed at. We were very pleasantly surprised at how convenient the hotel was to the airport, the great breakfast and comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Very bad location of building. Won't stay again.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was ok but nothing spectacular.

Had to ask for clean towels. Room service was non existent.

If they invested in sofa mattresses, and deeply-cleaned the sofa, we would have no complaints.

Staff are pleasant and capable employees who seemed to enjoy their jobs. Location is great for travel - just a few minutes to the airport.

KING bed was comfortable - the sofabed was terrible. Laying on the bed was too uncomfortable, so stowed it and slept on the couch, which smelled of dust and just 'not clean'.

Its a 50/50 on whether you will have a good night of sleep.

Constant calls to the front desk about the kids jumping and running around till midnight. Front desk felt sorry for the parents that could not control there kids than the fact that me and my kids had an early mourning

Worked well for an early morning flight.

We arrived around 9:00 pm and the staff was friendly and able to check us right in. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. We had an early flight and made use of the free shuttle to the airport.

We asked for an extra comforter for the sofa bed and the person at the front desk said she was not able to give us one. Not sure why, but she did give us an extra blanket. Just a bit odd that they don't provide the same bedding for the pull-out bed as they do for the other beds. They had a bag breakfast for us to grab as we walked out, but it was a bit sparse. Bottled water, granola bar and a mint. When we asked for fruit, they gave us oranges, which was nice, but would have appreciated a muffin or something. We left the bottled water as we cannot take it through security at the airport. Duh.
