Traveling home from a long trip, this was a fast overnight pick.

Enjoy the ease of checking in and checking out, the staff was friendly and kind.

It was a pleasure to stay at this Baymont location. I would certainly consider them in other cities.

It was clean. The pool was clean and usable. The staff was especially accommodating.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Overcharged, tired, and underfed!

Location

I haven’t stayed in a hotel in years that didn’t have two queen size beds in a room. This hotel has “full” size beds which are not comfortable for two adults! However they charge just as much as hotels with queen sized beds. I would not recommend this hotel for families. My wife and I went to the breakfast and the food was not being taken care of. There was almost nothing left on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. Summary: We paid full price for a cramped room, small bed, and no breakfast. You’ll find much better choices in Arkadelphia!

Excellent staff and accomodations.

All staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went beyond expectations. The hotels was clean and very inviting. We were happy to be able to use the Business Center to print our some documents. Mexican restaurant Agave on the other side of the street was exceptionally good!

Great and convenient stay that was pet friendly

I needed a place that accepts pets since moving from one state to another and since the site info said pets I chose it but was worried about extra fees or that we had 3 small dogs. Went well and loved the stay

One stairwell door would not close and it specifically said please close per fire codes.

For the price it was a nice stay

Good breakfast selections, waffle mix tasted good. Very clean area for eating.

Decent value for the money.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. Stephanie @ front dest upon check in was very helpful, even calling the room to ask if everything was satisfactory. Gentleman on desk at check out also very pleasant. Breakfast choices very good.

Had asked several weeks in advance for the rooms to be close together. Although on the same floor, they were at opposite ends of the hotel.

Clean rooms with good breakfast.

Great breakfast. Scrambled eggs were hot. Sausages were hot. Coffee maker, mini frog and microwave in the room was very convenient.

Being close to the highway is good and bad. Makes it easy to find but there is traffic noise. Bring a white noise machine or use an app on your phone. If we ever come through the area and stay here again, I will try to get a room furthest from the highway. We were closest to the highway and I'm a light sleeper....even though I travel with a white noise machine.
