The staff was not friendly. We were not greeted with friendliness.

Poorly maintained- faucets leaked, doors got stuck, elevator clunked every time it arrived at 3rd floor

Tons of trash underneath the bed. Floors were not swept nor had the carpets been vacuumed. Told the front desk and it was as if they really didn’t care. Only noticed the trash when we packed up to leave because we thought our belonging were under the bed when we looked there was a ton of trash.

The beds are fantastic. The room is a good size. Very clean and fresh.

No fruit at breakfast. No choice of yogurts. Kids ran around until we complained. Noisy. Security was none so that was not good. No jacuzzi. It’s near a mall so I think they need a guard at the door.

The breakfast was generic but good for a continental breakfast.

I was very pleased with everything.
