We loved the breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Room was clean . Appreciate the extra towels. We will be back.

The bathroom sink was a bit dirty. Mold in the circle area. Brown gunk in the sink. Our shampoo and conditioner wasn't filled to the top . Had a hard time getting out conditioner.

The breakfast had multiple options, some hot and it was kept well stocked. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a tan bench near the window and it was full of black spots that smeared when we checked to see if they would brush off. There was something splattered all of the wall in the kitchen are and the on the bathroom wall behind the toilet. The green chair is full of stains and the cushion is flat. When I paid $250 for the room for 3 adults and 2 children I was ok with the price until I seen the room. If I pay that I expect the room to be clean.

The room was clean. The location is convenient.

The bed was AWFUL. I slept in the chair for both nights of our stay. I was happy there was a large ottoman. I did inform management. I asked if there was anything that could be placed under the mattress to help firm it up. I have requested this at other facilities and was accommodated.

The room was big and comfortable, but i wish it would have been on the opposite side and not facing the street,

Night desk Attendant was 100% customer oriented. Friendly and helpful and professional

The price was excessive in competition's check out is at 11. Getting into the hotel parking lot can be a pain depending on time of day

Everything was good no complaints
