Very clean facility with pleasant employees.

Staff was excellent, but facility let me down. The requested rollaway bed was in the room as specified.

Early check-in failed due to computer crash. Ice maker was out of order in my wing. Free breakfast ran out of an item I wanted.

Exit/Entrance door to building close to our room only opened part of the time. Had to walk around to the front desk entrance.

Mattress on the pull out bed needs to be replaced. My sons complained that they could feel the springs. Kitchen staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

This place was amazing! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Great breakfast! And a special shout out to Sara over in breakfast. She is the sweetest, most kind lady we have ever met in our lives! She made our stay and Kingston’s first trip one to remember! We will come back just to see her! And front desk plus housekeeping is the best people as well! Thank you all for an amazing stay!!
