Poor water pressure, not enough towels/rags, and bed had only 3 small pillows.

The front desk staff was super friendly and let us check in early after driving all night. The room and beds were clean. No carpets which I prefer because it’s easier to clean. Cold AC. Pet friendly, which was good for our yorkie. Overall a decent hotel for a nights stay.

We were traveling through on spring break so prices were high for a hotel 2 miles from the beach. I wouldn’t consider it a $300 a night hotel. The water pressure wasn’t great. Refrigerator leaked, but we stuck a towel in front of it.

The wash hand basin for the toilet was in the bedroom, not in the bathroom. Property was a little dated and could do with updating.

The price was great for a family with a dog. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast choices were good. Very clean and comfortable for the price! Nice pool.

The bar on the other side may have made it more comfortable for people to smoke and be loud outside rooms, however those are personal choices that can occur anywhere.

Only 3 pillows on king bed for 2 people, would have been nice to have 4 since they are small. Location not great for walking and getting to the beach.

Our favorite place for DONNA marathon, which starts nearby. The place is modest, the breakfast could be better, the Inn has been greatly renovated from our last stay. Very helpful staff.

great location to naval base and jax beaches. staff at check in was very friendly.

well there was hair in shower upon check in, no wash cloths, which staff did provide. rust on door fixtures. dust on vent in bathroom. booked via booking. com with one price, but once charged it was 15$ higher. they stated it was a safe deposit that I would get back. this needs to be addressed in the beginning. I had booked a queen room but the beds were doubles not queen( if so then really small queens) me and wife had to sleep in different beds Bc there was not enough room. price was fair for location and room, didn’t eat breakfast.

First room had no working heat, also there was hair on the sheets when the covers were pulled back. Pretty gross. 2nd room heat worked, but bedding had a lot of stains. Didn't look nice. During breakfast, hotel staff was handling unpackaged food with bare hands. That was disgusting, and I'm pretty sure against Food Safety regulations.
