We were in Gainesville for a quick trip. Ended up needing to stay a night. I found this hotel and when we got there it was very comfortable and smelled very good. The desk clerk was very nice. Our room was very comfortable and huge! My daughter and I went to take advantage of the swimming pool and enjoyed ourselves. The king-size bed was huge. Breakfast was really good too! Also, when my daughter (5 yrs old) got sick from the free popcorn they had (she said it was too spicy for her and it didn't agree with her little tummy) the desk clerk was concerned about her and gave us extra towels because we had gone thru them quickly.

the popcorn was stale, the room smelled strongly of bleach, the sheets had stains, the elevator barely works and because our room was close to the elevator we would hear it thump every time it would go up or down.

We love this place & it's the only place we stay when in Gainesville

Bed wasn't that comfortable & bathroom sink had a small leak

Location was awesome as my husband was a patient at Shands. The front desk team was absolutely welcoming and amazing. I don’t have all their names but Joy and Alice stood out. The rest of that team was also wonderful. The kitchen attendant was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure everyone had a great breakfast!

The location was perfect and close to the hospital. The staff was very understanding taking care of my family's needs during this difficult time.

Plenty of food for breakfast- The staff was very kind & helpful. Room & bed very comfortable. Loved the popcorn & fresh baked cookies. Parking very convenient.

Bathroom could use a little updating. Wallpaper old & coffee maker did not work.

The location is perfect. Basically right off of I75 and close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet for the most part. Easy non hassle check in.

Parking was a challenge. Lots of big trucks taking several spots. Rooms need to be remodeled. Bed was not comfortable. Linens were dirty. Room had a musty smell to it. Lots of deferred maintenance. Can’t comment on the breakfast because we checked out really early.

Couldn’t get up in time to try. Coffee and hot water used in the room
