Our "go to" place when in Carlisle (which is often). Location, location, location. Always clean and comfortable. Love that we have a mini fridge, microwave, 24 hr. lobby coffee and ice machine down the hall. Can spend time in the tavern downstairs and only need to ride an elevator to get home! Staff always courteous.
This time the pillows seemed small and different. Otherwise all good as usual.

Perfect Location! Across from a Great Coffee House, Great bar inside the Hotel, and within walking distance to many great Breweries and Restaurants. Really good experience!
Hotel is a little older....but still clean and definitely worth the stay.

One room on the floor has an open door /no door while under construction or something. Was a little off-putting

Breakfast was fine. Loved that we didn’t have to use our car. Everything we wanted was in walking distance. Street and alley way were clean. Fastest check in ever! That woman was great

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and understanding when our dog managed to escape from the room. (bad dog!). They really saved the day and went above and beyond. The breakfast included hot items and was excellent. The parking garage was conveniently located and the room rate was very reasonable.

the convenience to walking around down town
the bed wasn’t comfortable like in the past. and the fan on the heat/coming system kept coming off and on and was very annoying ! we were at end of hallway near stairs and it was noisy with people coming and going all night long

location. friendly staff. we had a dog with us. our room had perfect location at back door. was able to get her out and walk at small town square. Lighting was excellent to parking garage. would definitely stay there again

The breakfast was good and typical of hotel breakfasts. Being there on Christmas, we thought the Christmas morning breakfast might be a little different/better than the other days.

Good breakfast.
Popcorn and plastic on floor. Cookie crumbles and wrapper in night stand on top of the Bible. Tub wouldn’t drain. Vanity light flickering in bathroom

The location is perfect for our stay in Carlisle. WE have a granddaughter that attends college there and we have stayed here before. It will be our "home" away from home when in Carlisle. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and there is also a restaurant on the property.
