The property, pool and cleaness.

That woman handling the breakfast area had the audacity to be utterly rude, disrespectful, and downright mean. She didn't hold back from raising her voice at me in front of everyone, making me feel humiliated and absolutely awful. I can't even begin to describe just how rude she was.

The staff were super helpful, professional and most appreciated of all, friendly.

Breakfast offering was varied and well stocked. My kids really liked the waffle maker.

The pull out sofa mattress was a little icky looking.

Excellent comfort stay

I’ve liked the hotel very much. It is truly designed to make your stay comfortable. Location, nice breakfast, a gym that covered all my needs, a covered pool which I haven’t used but looked very tempting. The staff was really kind and efficient. I fully recommend

Felt more like staying at a family/friends house rather than a hotel.

Everything! The entire facility was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t matter if you walked through the lobby every five minutes, they greeted you and asked if you needed anything. Definitely stay here again.

it was a nice hotel and will most likely use it for future stays when traveling to that area.

We really liked the decorum of the hotel and the staff was very friendly.

It was a bit on pricier side. The breakfast area is really small for the amount of guests that were there.

My husband and I had a great weekend starting with Carrie Underwood concert then enjoying State College and surrounding

Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the person working the breakfast was exceptionally nice. The people at the front desk were very personable.

My stay made my visit. A place I could come back after a day’s activities and rest quietly, as the noise level was nice

The staff was so kind and attentive to detail. Worked very hard and everyone seemed proud to take care of the property.

It was great. My shower had a pressure issue once but that’s it

Great hotel, but noisy neighbors!

The staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. The lobby was nicely decorated for fall, a nice touch, especially the fireplace on a chilly night!

There was a room adjoining ours, and a couple checked in in the wee hours of the morning. I was awakened at 4:15 by their loud conversation. At 4:30 am, they started blasting music. While both my spouse and I were awakened by the noise, neither of us realized that the other was awake (the room was dark!) so we suffered with pillows over our heads. Finally, when I got up at 6:30, we realized that we’d both been awake for over two hours and called the front desk, who had them turn down the music. (Of course, that didn’t stop the “strong conversation” that ensued between the two of them.) Because the rooms were adjoining and there was a tile entry to the room, there was not even a carpet to muffle the sounds coming from our neighbors. While the staff at the hotel was responsive to our complaint, we, unfortunately, had a horrible night’s sleep. I don’t blame the hotel for this, but I would think twice before staying in a room with an adjoining room!
