The rooms were amazing, the beds super soft and warm.
The carpets!!!!!!!!!! In the hallways the carpets were SO nasty. Disgusting is a better word. If you trip in the hallways and land on that carpet you’ll wish you could press charges. We were amazed they could literally be THAT nasty, but the rooms themselves be immaculate.

The room was dirty, with marks and smudges all over the walls,including food. The bathroom was dirty also. I asked for a room change and was told there were no other 2 bed rooms and if they "upgraded" my room it would cost me $55 more.
Location was good, very close to Parx Casino, Neshaminy Mall and Philadelphia Mills. Lots of food venues near by.

The staff was pleasant but very straight to the point. Room was in need of deep cleaning, especially the bathroom, mold all over shower tiles, corners filled with grime. Desk and night stands had a dust film. Just over all grimey, very disappointed especially at that price and during Covid. I spent 30 minutes wiping everything with clorox wipes.

Easy walk!!! Clean and super friendly staff. The employee monitoring on our stay was AMAZING! He was so friendly and kind. He made our day! He was so welcoming and had the best smile. Thank you!!!

The check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and personable. The days that we came were during a very busy time of training children, which meant i was coming from a very busy and loud environment. To be able to come into the hotel and enjoy the peacefulness in the lobby and the hallways was PRICELESS.
The carpets in the hallways definitely could use replacing. Outside of updates of that type (and a microwave) I had no issues.

I cannot say enough good things about our time at the Sleep Inn at Bensalem. From the moment we arrived, we received top notch service. Every single member of the staff was friendly, helpful and obviously cared a great deal about their jobs. Comfort!

Checkin was quick and easy. I was late for conference, so quick check-in helped me in a way and the room was clean and well maintained. Nice place to stay.

Satisfied. Clean rooms. The bathroom was also clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a meeting next morning, so that helped me sleep well and get prepared for the meeting. Recommended!

Stayed in this place for one night. Clean and comfy accommodations. The hotel is also located in a great area, close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I only stayed one night but I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean and quiet. I really liked the view from the outside and the smoking section that they do have for the smokers. Will definitely be spending more time there

Great place. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast. Free upgrade to a better room without even asking. Clean and well maintained hotel in a good location. Can't think of anything bad to say about the hotel. I was stay here again when in the area.

I had a great stay at Sleep Inn & Suites, Bensalem. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lobby was inviting and modern. The bed was cozy and I slept great. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room
The front attendant had to wait until 3 for her own gain, I told her I was sick , and the house keeper's stated a room was complete. I will never stay here again. It was my favorite place, no more!

Welcoming! The front desk staff were very helpful, considerate, and kind. We were happy with the condition of our room, both in cleanliness and comfort. For lunch and dinner, you can head to a few nearby chain restaurants that are within walking distance of the Inn. We plan to stay there again.

We had clean rooms and friendly customer service. The sales department was very accommodating to our large group and we had great communication. The hotel also roped off a space for us to park our bus. Nice people and wonderful service.
