Very clean and comfortable with convenient location.

Good location located just off the parkway tucked away from the crowds. Room extremely clean with really comfy beds.

Breakfast area was way too congested with really long lines daily. Had same poor selections every day. Highly recommend changing the food up a little each day. Staff was just OK.

There was no traveling size tooth paste and toothbrush in the bathroom.

Needs better mattress and new sheets

It was a fairly quiet location that just off the main strip in pigeon forge . The hotel appeared to in good condition from the outside

The sheets on our bed didn’t look clean, the a/c didn’t work very well, it only had two elevators . The bed wasn’t that comfortable

Very nice hotel with nice staff. Good location off the main parkway so was very quiet.

Good location but pictures of the room on the internet look better than what they really look like.

Refrigerator was not too clean and was leaning to one side. Bed was too hard, rug was dirty. When we arrived we thought this would be a nice clean hotel because the grounds, the lobby, the breakfast area were immaculate! The room was disappointing, pretty outdated and not too clean

The breakfast was okay

We had to park our trailer at location down the street which was not properly secured. We had to go to find a location to park it bc the car show was in town. I was just so upset bc I paid for three nights and had to move it on the last night that we was there. Definitely won't be coming back to this hotel again.

Heated pool and hot tub indoors & out & a Lazy River!!! On-site laundry room. Food & drink purchase options in lobby. Clean nice facility. Comfy beds qnd Love the room darkening shades! Great location off the busy, noisy, main strip.

Room was a good size and the kitchen amenities were appreciated.

we booked there because I thought, based on the description, the hotel was attached or near (walking distance) to the convention center as we were there for an event happening there. we had to drive and in Pigeon Forge the traffic doesn’t make any car travel easy or convenient

beautiful and newly renovated , the staff was kind and helpful

bed a little firm, but that may just be me. you can’t get it perfect for everyone. The room was very nice
