Excellent option at a good price.

Very comfortable and clean room. WiFi worked without any issues. No extra charge for pets. Acceptable breakfast. Very good treatment from the staff. Convenient price. Comfortable beds and sufficient pillows.

The access to the hotel is somewhat complicated as it is located on a busy street with a steep and narrow incline. The appearance of the hallways gives the impression of dirtiness.

Exceeded expectations for the price

Exceeded expectations, especially for the price. It was a late night, last minute booking I made after driving for 12 hours and was a bit nervous however when I got there it was super clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating and not to mention the beautiful view of the mountains while tucked away in a little part of town. I will be back to check out this town.

The only comment I could make as far as a downside would be parking It was very hard to find a spot and all parking was on a steep hill.

Decent stay for the money and would stay again if in the area.

Bed was comfortable and the room was adequate for us. Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs, waffles and decent bisquits.

When we first checked in we were given a room that was already occupied (someone living there). Fortunately they were not in the room when we first walked in as it could have been a dangerous situation. Clerk was very appologetic but should have known the room was already occupied.

Good

The location was great for those going to Lookout Mountain attractions. A good price.

Room had odors we went and bought air freshener. There are places that are worn and need maintenance

They came when we were out and took the towels and didn't replace them, so after a shower, I had to go to the lobby and get towels

Will not stay next time,unless they remodel rooms and bathrooms.

The staff was nice,and location was good.

Rooms are very outdated,the smell of mildew was very bad.

Will never stay again.

Staff did not greet me when checking in. She was on her cell phone. Elevator was acting up. Carpets in halls were dirty and stained. Pool needed cleaning.

killed a cockroach as soon as I opened the mini fridge. Hallway had a very strong stale smoke smell cockroach

Not Bad on a Budget

Very little sound isolation within the rooms. Woke up several times throughout the night due to do hearing everything outside our door, which is rare for us. No other major issues here, but we did not get a good nights sleep in the room we had.

Worst stay ever!!!

The Room was clean.

The Staff at front desk Cheryl i believe was bad at customer service, even laughed in our face when we inquired about the 1 elevator being broken. The pool wasn't even open. Our stay was miserable. We wanted to leave a day early but the front desk staff would not accommodate. Worst stay ever and they were especially prejudiced against third party bookings. Would not recommend.

Nice price for an over nighter

I like that the location was near everything you need from a super Walmart to a bunch of restaurants.

I didn’t like the big drop hill that you have to drive up to get to the front door. I really did not like that the pool was not open, but we did go the week before memorial day.

Staying elsewhere going forward.

The location

Waited 15 minutes to get someone to check me in. Old, uncomfortable mattresses. Barking dogs and crying babies seemingly all night. That's not the hotel's fault. But I mentioned that to the front desk as I was checking out and her only response was to roll her eyes. Staying elsewhere going forward.

Quiet, clean, comfortable at a fair price.

The room was nice, clean, quiet. Thank you for having Queen beds (doubles just don't work for us). Breakfast was good,

I would have liked to have a microwave so I could melt my butter on my waffle. Only one side of the waffle batter worked. The cinnamon was broken.

It was very outdated, and our entire floor smelled like human feces when we walked out in the moning.

Great spot!

Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Loved the ice water by front entrance. Could not hear neighbors. Treadmill good. Breakfast was GREAT! Good variety of cold and hot.
