It's an ok stay

The beds are comfortable, and our room on this trip was in a great location.

The lady that checked us in was a little rude and the staff in the waterpark was not the most pleasant either. The TV situation in the room isn't the best. If you have little kids that like movies, bring something else for them to enjoy them on.

Would love to come back at try the water park.

Nice updated hotel. Would have loved to have done the water park or indoor pool.

The staff was not that friendly at the front desk. Not rude but not warm either.

We really enjoyed the courtyard and the stay.

We liked that it wasn't far from where we were going Harley Davidson 120th anniversary.

Still can't believe it was this bad 😔

Waterpark was nice for the kids.

Staff was HORRIFIC. I've never encountered such rudeness or apathy. If I had anyone in town to stay with, I would not even stay the night.

Very poor

I was relieved by the security being present

I asked about rooms and was told that the hotel was all booked. Thank Goodness when I called the hotel ,”CASH “ answered and told me that there were actuall 12 rooms available. After we got registered, We don’t get in our rooms promptly. The front desk never notified us that we could have gotten snacks for the 9 children that were paitiently waiting to change and go swim. When I asked for a roll a way bed we we told that the hotel doesn’t have any such thing. Intel my daughter saw this roll a way bed someone had just finished using. In fait

Not the best.

I liked that there was a separate living space in Presidential Suite. Shower and bath were also good.

Toilet kept flushing itself and had a weird smell. Room was decorated from 1980s and no closet space to hang any clothes. Towels were small and scratchy and housekeeping only came every three days. Sofa in living area was super tiny and barely fit two people.

Very good

The staff was very polite and the pet friendly aspect was well shown by the amount of pretty amenities available. The property was well kept and the signs reinforcing that non family friendly behavior, parties, bad language, tattoos, poor clothing choices, etc. was unacceptable. We traveled with our children and this made the stay very enjoyable to not have to deal with riff raff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I loved the shower water pressure!

We had booked through a third party and were unaware that the water park passes were not included with the price. At first it seemed expensive for the 2 night stay and water park passes but the lack of guests actually at the water park made the lines short and plenty of room available so the price was totally worth it.

Great Place. No TV

Room was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Jack Daniel's had a great flavor.

TV had no reception. It did for a moment. But lost service and never got it back.

It was okay, hotel may be a little but still a nice place to stay, very helpful staff and clean,

What breakfast, didn't know there was one and if there was very difficult to find in the maze of hallways.

Being told at check in of a $100 deposit per night for incidentals like room service etc.

Here for the spacious walk-in shower

i booked at this hotel specifically to use the walk-in shower. even tho i accidentally booked a room that had a tub, the front desk was nice enough to accommodate me by switching me to a room with the walk-in shower.

i was a bit in shock to learn that this 3 star hotel the rooms don't come with a microwave and you are not offered a complementary breakfast, when at other 1-2 star hotels offer those automatically. these are low-level amenities that should be included in any 3 star 4 star and 5 star hotel. (not just 1 & 2 star). also there was NO EXHAUST FAN IN THE BATHROOM SO IT GOT HUMID AND WALLS WERE SATURATED WITH MOISTURE. That is terrible for many reasons, they really need to install those for proper ventilation. it made our room humid and it was hard to breathe that and it make it harder to put clothes on when your body feels wet and sticky from the humidity even after drying off really well.
