Felt like a movie star in luxurious Beverly Hills hotel!

Central location. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. We were warmly welcomed by Rosie, had early check in and also offered buffet breakfast.

la nostra camera era favolosa nella dimensione , piano alto, terrazzino privato vista collina, durante la notte si creava un atmosfera particolare, bagno immenso ben arredato tutto marmo stile bisazza molto molto bello, accappatoi elegantissimi in spugna raffinata solo nella parte interna mentre l'esterno in tessuto con taschino pochette.... doccia per due persone contrapposte , vasca da bagno grandissima; servizio valet adeguato

colazione scarsissima...praticamente una mensa .. caos assoluto ... l' hotel poniamo per esempio che abbia 400 ospiti e la sala a rotazione al massimo 100... tutti che parlano creano un brusio tale che sembrava di essere allo stadio, soprattutto qualità del cibo non all altezza assolutamente del prezzo della stanza !

Amazing room sizes.

Definitely one of the biggest 'standard' rooms of any hotel I have stayed in. Given we were sharing with our child, we had a ton of space. And the elegant bathroom was massive. But we had a non existent view, and moreover the room itself was not very well styled and felt a bit drab to be honest. Clean and functional, but forgettable, size (and bathroom) aside. The staff were almost without exception super friendly and helpful. The bar and food we had there were excellent. Good breakfast buffet.

The guy running the valet parking (when I used it once) was the exception sadly. Just stood out as more gruff than his colleagues and was not forthcoming when I was asking naively about the car park next to the property. Till I twigged it was because it was all about the tips, or lack of if I parked elsewhere. Was nothing heated, but it felt very transactional.

The rooms are a bit dated, old curtains and wall papers. But the bathrooms are big and very nice. We had connected rooms

The breakfast, the buffet could have more choices of food. You have to order from the menu and pay (extra). Even a cafe latte. It also took very long.

Hotel was great, nice rooms and a good location. Staff were all super friendly

When checking in they pre-authorised my card but didn’t mention they included additional charges of $150 per night in case of damages or room service etc. Stayed for 5 nights so was ‘charged’ $750 extra which caused my credit card to exceed its limit! Not really that big of a deal as it’s not a real charge and is refunded at checkout, just would’ve been nice to let me know so I could’ve paid some of my credit card off so the limit wasn’t exceeded! Also, not a great variety of breakfast options available.
