Did not stay the 2nd night due to being so uncomfortable the first night.

Within walking distance to town but only one restaurant open for breakfast

Temperature in room was difficult to control, bed was very uncomfortable

I liked the area and the sound of the river. Just a relaxing place and very peaceful.

There wasn't that many restaurants in the area.

Awesome and will definitely be back

room was clean and comfortable. outdoor area was awesome, plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the perfect view of Chimney Rock and the river. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was perfect for walking to the shops.

Beautiful setting in cute little lodge.

The view of Chimney Rock was great. I loved listening to the water from the river behind the lodge.

I did not like to go out of my room to get coffee and to use the microwave. The screen on our sliding glass door kept falling off.

Went for a short weekend trip and they staying at the lodge made it a relaxing trip.

The location was right by the river and on a hot day it was nice to relax in.

Perfect!

This place is precious! We went for a day trip and ended up needing a room at the last moment! They were very accommodating and had us check out the room first beforehand to make sure we were happy from the start. It had the cutest backyard setup over the river and the view...the view was incredible! The room was cute, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Good proximity to chimney rock state park and villa

Room was ery clean bathroom was ample sized. Only complaint was the door to the outside wasn't seamed and you could see outside through the gap

Beautiful scenery

The view and location was excellent. Everything was close by. Food, fun, tours and shopping. The noise level was practically none existing and the staff and guest were friendly. It's a mom and pop place sorta homey. Lots of outdoor seating,games, grill and a trail by the river. Makes for beautiful pictures.

I'm guessing the rate was because of the location but the room was very dated. Besides the towels it had a frig, tv and alarm clock as the standard amenities. Parking was tight but it works

The view of the river from the balcony was amazing. We slept with the door open and just the screen closed. We fell asleep to the sound of the river. This place is family owned. They were so nice and inviting.

Just really felt refreshed and at peace after my stay here and would highly reccommend

Really enjoyed the area, this hotel is right along the river and beneath Chimney Rock, i was able to see it from my room. Linda was very accommodating and allowed me to move to an upstairs room with a balcony, was able to open sliding door and listen to the river! The back yard of the property had plenty of seating outside and guests were able to enjoy a fire outside on patio! Area of hotel is nice and quiet, very peaceful.. Linda also gave me some good recommendations for dinner and activities in the area, she was so kind and helpful!

Nothing, i enjoyed my stay.
