All in all very quiet and relaxing

Great area around many attractions and food

Do not feel the price and extra fees I was required to pay once arriving justify the quality I received. An Airbnb would

The staff was friendly and accommodating after “booking” did not fully advertise the property as it listed.

Had to request more toilet paper and linens. The kitchenette lacked a coffee maker, basics utensils and etc, and the room had a smell.

It was disappointing due to the state of the room and lack of pots/pans and dishes.

The staff was fantastic. They apologized repeatedly for the shabbiness of the room and lack of dishes and pots/pans. They really went out of their way to be helpful. The Wi-Fi was excellent - we often had three laptops on at the same time and had no problems with performance at all.

The room was very shabby. Spots on the carpet, paint peeling from kitchen cabinet, torn and fraying curtains. The shower was a dribble - absolutely no pressure and turned cold in the middle of your shower. They did not have dishes or pots/pans available for the first 4 days we were there. We had to buy plates, cups, bowls, pots, eating utensils, spatula at Walmart - this was an added expense that was supposed to be covered in the cost of the room.

The first thing I can think of is how they charged my card for two rooms . I still have not been credited my refund yet.

The room was nice and quiet

The room had roaches and little hot water. or low water pressure. the breakfast was trouble

My stay was below average high prices motel with low budget comfortablity

I like the staff and house keeping they check up on you

Breakfast sucked carpets dirty not enough carts to tote luggage smoke film all over the room

Location was fine...no breakfast was served

Waited several hours for hot water..no one could get in contact with the maintenance personnel...no effort was made to get outside contractor to fix the issue..I missed a meeting and had to go elsewhere to shower..others didn't have hot water either...I felt I should have been compensated for one day but was only compensated 56 dollars...I pay less at the courtyard Marriott per night than at the extended stay...when it was finally fixed the water was only lukewarm

Lackluster, we willingly not stay at another extended stay in the future.

There were a few bugs that we discovered in the bed. They were tiny like ants, one had blood in it. We didn’t see them until we woke up the next morning. I thought they were specks of black lint, until they moved. We didn’t report it because we got our stuff together and left/checked out. They looked like fleas, not sure.

needs a lot of updating. curtains were worn ( some shredding) beside lampshade was torn, kitchen counters had minor chipping along the edges

This place is a joke!

The manager came to fumigate for the many roaches in the room.

The manager had to come to my room to fumigate for the many roaches in the room and the many bites on my body from something in that room.

Overall the state was great staff was nice and I would stay here again.

I like the proximity of the location to everything.

The furniture in the rooms looks a little old and dated and the entryway door should be automatic to accommodate those with disabilities or full hands.

This was a clean, safe place to stay in Fayetteville. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Minimally OK for one night but not good value for the price. Wouldn't stay again.

The unit was clean. The staff was polite. The bed was comfortable enough. The suite was roomy enough.

The suite was very bare bones. No coffee maker in the unit, no ice machine in the hotel, no stopper for either the kitchen or bathroom sinks, no dish soap, no papertowels, dishes, silverware and pots & pans only by request.
